Many people have attempted meditation but find the simple task of staying still for any period of time virtually impossible: Knots of anxiety build in their stomach and sudden itches that must be scratched break out all over their body. For people who experience this kind of emotion, meditation seems like a chore and they want to avoid experiencing the discomfort. As normal as it is to have to overcome these barriers when healing through meditation as a beginner, brainwave entrainment via binaural beats is one way to achieve deep relaxation quickly with minimum uneasiness.

It was in the 1830s that a German named H W Dove discovered the human brain's tendency to align itself with these tones, later named binaural beats. The brain works at different cycles per second depending on whether you are fully alert or in a deep, deep sleep, and listening to binaural beats meditation is a form of brainwave entrainment that is designed to take the listener into deeper, more relaxed states with more ease. On hearing the beats, Dove discovered that subject's brainwaves lowered in cycles per second much more rapidly than those trying to relax without it.

Listening to binaural beats has been studied extensively since the discovery, and there are other benefits besides those of regular meditation. When the brainwaves adapt to match the binaural beats particular areas of the brain are stimulated, which has been proven time and again with EEG tests.

Memory capability, mental absorbency, intellectual stamina, thought power, mental activity, and overall intelligence are some of the qualities aroused, proving that using binaural beats meditations will prepare you for more success in life through you being smarter and stronger.

Of course, there are all the current day well known benefits to meditation that show brainwave entrainment will assist you in achieving success in your life. These include less stress and the ability to cop with stress more easily, better physical and emotional health, more relaxed overall, more able to focus and better memory recall. Any form of meditation regularly is going to make achieving goals much easier, and using binaural beats can provide an effective shortcut for attracting success in your life.

The word is spreading around and it is now becoming common knowledge to the masses that what you think and believe, you attract: This means if you are trapped by negative thought patterns, a bad attitude or a victim mindset, you are going to struggle to get anywhere in life. Meditating daily is a healthy and pro-active way to access your subconscious mind to work on reprogramming your automatic responses. Whether you need to work on your self esteem, positivity, physical health or prejudices there is a meditation to help.

If you have habits you just can’t seem to break such as smoking or eating fatty foods, brainwave entrainment can provide a pathway to overcoming the issue. When you access the core of your mind, the place where habits and negative beliefs reside, you can suggest and order yourself to begin to make different choices. Maybe you need to exercise more or react in anger less, and when you are deeply relaxed by the binaural beats you can work on turning these things around.

When you have successfully used meditation and brainwave entrainment to give your life more direction and achieve your goals, you will begin to see there really is no limit to who you can be and what you can do.

If you are serious about attracting success into your life, you need to be willing to adjust yourself to become right and ready for the experience. Binaural beats can provide brainwave entrainment techniques and sounds to take you deeper than ever before to let go of things holding you back and reprogram and redirect your mind towards further happiness and success.

Train Your Mind For Success With These Two Powerful Tools

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

You?re stuck in a rut. You want to make changes, be more successful, loose weight, learn a new skill, kick a bad habit, get a promotion or a even a new job?

?But every time you try to make the changes you so desperately want, something seems to hold you back. You try to start a new business but it never gets going, you try fad diets but they never seem to work?

There IS something blocking your path to success ? and that something is your habits. Your habitual thoughts and decisions coming from your subconscious mind sabotage your efforts to make changes.

Good News! You can get past this obstacle by eliminating the negative habits and thoughts that are holding you back.

That?s right !! All you have to do is overcome years of conditioning and lifelong habits :-) Easy to say, but not so easy to do !!!

Fortunately you are not alone with this challenge, in fact people have been succeeding in overcoming these powerful obstacles since historical times. And you can learn how to use the same methods to get the success you want. Here are two of the most powerful tools ever developed by anyone anywhere. They can literally transform your life.

Powerful Tool #1 ? Affirmations

Your self talk is a powerful influence on your decisions and your results. Self talk can be positive ? like when you feel you are good at something and you are being successful in achieving your purpose. Self talk can also be negative ? like when you have moments of self doubt or you feel you are failing.

Either way your self talk will affect your motivation, your decisions and ultimately the results you get?.

But what determines your self talk?

Self talk can come from your conscious mind ? telling and willing yourself to do something. For example ?Go on, you CAN do this?. This kind is the results of conscious decisions, usually motivated by your desire to achieve goals you have set for yourself.

Self talk can also come from your unconscious mind ? those overpowering feelings of positive confidence or negative doubt that just seem to well up and express themselves in phrases like ? ?I know I can do this? or ?I?m too stupid to even try?.

The bad news is that your subconscious mind makes decisions based on past programming and conditioned responses. It assesses your situation and comes up with a response that can be either positive or negative. Even worse news is that your subconscious mind can overpower any attempt by your conscious mind to use will power, leaving you at the mercy of the past that produced your programming.

The good news is that your subconscious mind can?t tell the difference between your conscious mind telling it that something is true and something actually being true. So with a little persistence you can change the behaviour of your subconscious mind.

The way to do this is through affirmations ? simple, positive statements that you repeat to yourself as often as possible to change the programming in your subconscious mind.

Powerful Tool #2 - Visualisation

Visualisation is another powerful tool that can help you to overcome negative programming. Visualisation is the act of using your imagination to create clear images of where you want to go in your life. You harness the power of dreams to show your subconscious mind what it is that you want it to do for you.

If you do this often enough and with real conviction, your subconscious mind, which can?t tell the difference between something that?s real and something that?s imaginary, starts to believe that this is where you want to go.

Your subconscious mind will go to work and figure out how to get you to your goal. If you just trust it and be prepared to follow the ideas that come in to your conscious mind, you?ll find yourself moving effortlessly towards your goal.

You may have experienced this already.

Can you remember a time when you had a problem that you just could not solve ? maybe it was something like a difficult clue in a crossword puzzle or a problem you had to solve in your job. Try as you might, you just can?t come up with a solution? until suddenly, long after you?d stopped trying the solution just popped into your conscious mind from nowhere?

That is how the magic of your subconscious works for you.

===> Strong emotions are key

You should remember one important point when trying to implant an idea in your subconscious mind. It is the part of your mind that has strong emotions. Your subconscious mind will respond more powerfully if you speak its language. To do this you must link your affirmations and visualisations with strong emotions.

In this article we?ve talked about two very powerful tools that can cancel out the effects of any negative programming that you have received in your life and let you use your whole mind in getting to your goals. Using these two tools either separately or together can help you to make massive changes and achieve your dreams.

So what are you waiting for?....

Four Simple Mind Power Techniques

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Mind power techniques, from the famous "pupil trick," to techniques for motivating yourself.

The following mind power techniques are creative ways to tap into the power of your mind. Some of them may be entertaining, but they also have more practical uses as well. A good example of one that is both entertaining and practical, is the "pupil trick." We'll save that one for last. In the meantime, here are a few of the more practical mind power techniques.

A Memory Technique

Memory systems are some of the oldest mind power techniques. Some of them get very involved, however, requiring you to first memorize "peg words" and numbered lists. These work well, but what if you want a simpler way to remember things? Try a "linking" technique.

Here's a list to remember: Soap, milk, honey, fork, and flowers. To remember it using a simple linking technique, you just start a vivid story in your imagination, adding items to it as you go. Imagine, for example, that you are at the sink, you reach for the SOAP, and find the soap dish full of MILK. You wash your hands with that, and then comb HONEY into your hair with a FORK. Finally, you pick up a bouquet of FLOWERS and smile at the mirror. Try repeating the name of each item while you mentally review your "movie," and you'll remember all five things, even the next day.

Mental Math Tricks

When I was young, I didn't "show my work" when doing equations in math class. For me, 97 x 16 became 100 x 16 (1600) minus 3 x 16 (48). It was easier that way, and almost automatic. I would just write down 1552, although I couldn't explain very well how I arrived at the answer. My teachers thought this was a problem, but many years later such math shortcuts were sold in seminars and books. You might want to learn a few of your own.

A Motivation Technique

To get motivated, talk about your plans. This is a simple, yet powerful mind power technique. If I am having trouble getting to my writing, I tell my wife about the article I'm going to write, and I'm quickly out of my slump and back at the keyboard. You really can quickly change your state of mind, but not by simply "willing" it to change. That's like trying to ride a bicycle without pedaling. Our minds have a mechanical aspect, and this is what these techniques tap into.

Do you want to use this mind power technique on others? You can. For example, to help a friend out of a bad mood, get him or her to explain something to you that they are passionate about. This process will change the chemicals in their brain, and so change their state of mind. Find the topics that work best, and remember them for future use.

The Pupil Trick

Go stand in front of a mirror. Watch your eyes as you vividly imagine something pleasurable. This can be beautiful scenery, your favorite naked body, anything that will create desire in you, or anything you would like to be looking at in reality. Notice how your pupils get larger almost immediately. Practice a bit, finding the imaginary scenes that work best, and you can make your pupils instantly larger at will.

Your pupils enlarge when you are aroused, interested and receptive. How can you use this knowledge? When your pupils dilate, the person you are talking to subconsciously senses your interest in them, and they like that. Of course this makes it easier for them to like you, and to listen to what you suggest. You certainly don't have to be a salesman to take advantage of this. Why not learn to control your pupil sizeFree Articles, and try this subliminal mind power technique?

Improve Your Mind Power With Spanish

Our "mind power" is largely in the way we use our words, and limited by our vocabulary. Words, and the concepts they express, are different in each language, and there are differing common expressions. That's why when you learn a new language, you learn new ways to think.

Our "mind power" is largely in the way we use our words, and limited by our vocabulary. Words, and the concepts they express, are different in each language, and there are differing common expressions. That's why when you learn a new language, you learn new ways to think.

Most Americans see money as something created, not as a static quantity to be divided up. This is no coincidence. English is one of the few languages that speaks of "making" money. In other languages, the verb used is "to gain," "take," or "get." The words used affect how people think about money. Personally, I think "making money" is a very healthy perspective.

Hablas Espaol?

Did you know that in Spanish, you're not thirsty, cold or afraid? You have to say "I have thirst (yo tengo sed)", "I have coldness (yo tengo frio)," or "I have fear (yo tengo miedo)." Could this change the way a person experiences things?

Definitely. Therapists are now telling people to stop saying or thinking things like "I am afraid." That way of expressing it creates too much identification with the feeling. It's healthier to say "I feel fear." You're not afraid, you're a human; fear, like all feelings, is just a temporary visitor.

In Spanish you "take" a decision (tomar un decision). Is it possible that "taking" a decision could be less stressful than "making" one? It might subconsciously limit you, too, since you generally "take" from what's available, while to "make" leaves your options wide open.

Other Advantages Of Learning A Language

You gain words when you learn a language, but also the ability to understand things better. Who can speak more precisely about snow; someone with three words for it (snow, sleet, powder), or an eskimo with 22 words for it? Which is more efficient, the German word "zeitgeist," meaning "the taste and outlook of a period or generation," or the nine words I just used to say the same thing?

According to the research, most people experience a general improvement in memory from studying a language. Research has also demonstrated that you can halt age-related decline in mental function by learning a new language. Tuck that little tip away for later in life, or better yet, why not start learning a new language today?
