Use Mind Power - Revealed - The Secret Power of Beliefs

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Your Beliefs are fundamental to your success, yet so many people have learned their beliefs unconsciously and don’t even know what they are. This article will tell you more about beliefs, what they are, how you use them. When you have a better understanding of your beliefs you will be able to use them to overcome major obstacles in your life and be more successful.

Beliefs are things that you believe to be true – nothing more and nothing less. They are statements about what is true in the present for you.

Yet you have probably heard that what you believe strongly enough will become true for you. In other words beliefs are statements about your future as well.

For example, if you believe you can earn $100,000 per year, you probably will. If you believe that you are one of life’s failures then you will fail at everything that is important to you.

Beliefs are more than just statements about something you believe to be true. Deeply held beliefs are statements that your mind will strive to make true in your reality. If you develop new and equally strong beliefs, your mind will work hard to manifest these new beliefs in your reality.

Why do we need beliefs?

Beliefs are very important to us. We live in a world that is incredibly complex. Just think about walking in to a room. How much information do your senses take in when you do that? The answer is an enormous amount. The problem is that your conscious awareness can deal with around 7 pieces of information simultaneously. This means that on it’s way to your conscious awareness all the information from your senses is heavily filtered and one of the filters that helps you to make sense of the torrent of information is your beliefs.

Your beliefs are an essential mental framework that lets you make sense of the world around you. However they are not fundamental to the world around you, they are something that you have constructed for yourself. Your beliefs are no more significant than someone else’s beliefs, they are just different.

There are some beliefs that have withstood the test of time as being of significant benefit to all individuals and the whole of humanity. These beliefs are the fundamental shared beliefs in all major religions and philosophies.

How do we build our beliefs?

You construct your framework of beliefs largely through experience. As a child you are strongly influenced by your parents and other significant adults. Some of your most strongly held beliefs are formulated at this stage, largely out of your control. Unfortunately, everyone ends up with some limiting beliefs at this stage in their lives. As you get older, your circle of influences widens and you acquire beliefs from a wider range of experiences. You may come across experiences that contradict some of your existing beliefs and you may change them.

Eventually you can reach a stage of awareness where you realise that your beliefs are just choices that you have made, largely unwittingly and you can start to make different choices.

The problem is that many deep seated beliefs are associated with painful past events. Your conscious mind has already confined these unpleasant experiences to the deepest vaults of your memory. Changing beliefs that are anchored in such experiences can be quite challenging and take considerable effort and persistence. However the results are definitely worthwhile.

You have learned more about your beliefs in this article. They are an essential tool that your mind uses to make sense of the torrent of information that is available to your sense. They are constructed by your mind and they are personal to you. Many people attach great personal significance to their beliefs and cannot tolerate having them contradicted.

The tragedy is that many of your beliefs have been formed by circumstances that are largely out of your control and you are a victim of the negativity in the world that surrounds you. The good news is you can consciously change your beliefs to ones that are more likely to give you the results you desire if you have a strong enough reason why and are prepared to work at it!

Train Your Mind For Success With These Two Powerful Tools

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

You?re stuck in a rut. You want to make changes, be more successful, loose weight, learn a new skill, kick a bad habit, get a promotion or a even a new job?

?But every time you try to make the changes you so desperately want, something seems to hold you back. You try to start a new business but it never gets going, you try fad diets but they never seem to work?

There IS something blocking your path to success ? and that something is your habits. Your habitual thoughts and decisions coming from your subconscious mind sabotage your efforts to make changes.

Good News! You can get past this obstacle by eliminating the negative habits and thoughts that are holding you back.

That?s right !! All you have to do is overcome years of conditioning and lifelong habits :-) Easy to say, but not so easy to do !!!

Fortunately you are not alone with this challenge, in fact people have been succeeding in overcoming these powerful obstacles since historical times. And you can learn how to use the same methods to get the success you want. Here are two of the most powerful tools ever developed by anyone anywhere. They can literally transform your life.

Powerful Tool #1 ? Affirmations

Your self talk is a powerful influence on your decisions and your results. Self talk can be positive ? like when you feel you are good at something and you are being successful in achieving your purpose. Self talk can also be negative ? like when you have moments of self doubt or you feel you are failing.

Either way your self talk will affect your motivation, your decisions and ultimately the results you get?.

But what determines your self talk?

Self talk can come from your conscious mind ? telling and willing yourself to do something. For example ?Go on, you CAN do this?. This kind is the results of conscious decisions, usually motivated by your desire to achieve goals you have set for yourself.

Self talk can also come from your unconscious mind ? those overpowering feelings of positive confidence or negative doubt that just seem to well up and express themselves in phrases like ? ?I know I can do this? or ?I?m too stupid to even try?.

The bad news is that your subconscious mind makes decisions based on past programming and conditioned responses. It assesses your situation and comes up with a response that can be either positive or negative. Even worse news is that your subconscious mind can overpower any attempt by your conscious mind to use will power, leaving you at the mercy of the past that produced your programming.

The good news is that your subconscious mind can?t tell the difference between your conscious mind telling it that something is true and something actually being true. So with a little persistence you can change the behaviour of your subconscious mind.

The way to do this is through affirmations ? simple, positive statements that you repeat to yourself as often as possible to change the programming in your subconscious mind.

Powerful Tool #2 - Visualisation

Visualisation is another powerful tool that can help you to overcome negative programming. Visualisation is the act of using your imagination to create clear images of where you want to go in your life. You harness the power of dreams to show your subconscious mind what it is that you want it to do for you.

If you do this often enough and with real conviction, your subconscious mind, which can?t tell the difference between something that?s real and something that?s imaginary, starts to believe that this is where you want to go.

Your subconscious mind will go to work and figure out how to get you to your goal. If you just trust it and be prepared to follow the ideas that come in to your conscious mind, you?ll find yourself moving effortlessly towards your goal.

You may have experienced this already.

Can you remember a time when you had a problem that you just could not solve ? maybe it was something like a difficult clue in a crossword puzzle or a problem you had to solve in your job. Try as you might, you just can?t come up with a solution? until suddenly, long after you?d stopped trying the solution just popped into your conscious mind from nowhere?

That is how the magic of your subconscious works for you.

===> Strong emotions are key

You should remember one important point when trying to implant an idea in your subconscious mind. It is the part of your mind that has strong emotions. Your subconscious mind will respond more powerfully if you speak its language. To do this you must link your affirmations and visualisations with strong emotions.

In this article we?ve talked about two very powerful tools that can cancel out the effects of any negative programming that you have received in your life and let you use your whole mind in getting to your goals. Using these two tools either separately or together can help you to make massive changes and achieve your dreams.

So what are you waiting for?....

Habits Of Mind - A Key To Brainpower

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Develop good habits of mind and you will have not just intelligence, but brainpower - the ability to use that intelligence effectively. Life is easier and your actions more effective when these subconscious "programs" are installed in your head.

Your mind is already programmed in many ways. You may have consciously learned how to type, for example, but now the process is largely unconscious. In fact, if you were to think about what you were going to do with each finger before you did it, your typing would be far slower. Developing these unconscious programs, then, starts with conscious effort, but eventually pays off with essentially effortless and effective action.

Habits of mind are more like "meta-programs." They determine how your mind operates in various circumstances. They are created unconsciously throughout your life. For example, you may unconsciously look for a way to escape any situation that becomes uncomfortable.

The good news is that these habits can also be much more beneficial. Habitually stopping to assess a situation from an objective perspective would be an example of this. Even more hopeful, is the fact that these habits of mind can be consciously developed.

Developing Good Habits Of Mind

Many "experts" will tell you that it takes three weeks to develop a new habit. Repeat the actions or thoughts you want to become habitual every day for three weeks and they become programmed in your mind. Whether or not the three-week rule is accurate isn't important. If it takes four weeks, that's okay too. The important point is that by consciously repeating certain actions and thoughts, you can program yourself for success.

For example, if you want to bet a more effective problem solver, you can consciously change your approach and practice new ways of thinking. Less effective problem solvers look at problems as an annoyance to be avoided or dealt with only as far as necessary. A more effective approach is to look at problems as an opportunity to create new solutions.

Suppose you want to think this way, however. How do you make it a habit? Start by looking for problems instead of avoiding them. Keep a list of problems you see each day, ranging from personal problems like not enough exercise to business-related problems, like expenses being too high, to any random problems you can identify.

Carry a list of simple questions to ask for each problem. These are questions that are designed to give you a more productive frame of mind. "How could this problem be useful to me?" is a good start. Others might include. "What are the benefits of finding a solution?" and "What do i know about this situation that can help me find a solution."

Using your motivations might help as well. If you imagine the praise you'll get for finding a solution to a problem, this could make you want to confront and resolve problems rather than avoid them. Whatever works, do it consciously and daily for several weeks.

Once you have done this enough times over a long enough period of time, the thinking patterns become unconscious. You'll find yourself looking at problems differently, and trying to solve them spontaneously. Then you can repeat this process with other mental programming you want to have.

One last example: Suppose every time you needed greater brainpower, you unconsciously sat up straight and took a deep breath? Both of these actions have been shown to improve brain function. Of course it takes conscious effort and discipline at first to develop good habits of mind, but the eventual result is greater brain power for less effort. How To Increase Brain Power, and to get the Brain Power Newsletter and other free gifts, visit: http://www.IncreaseBrainPower.com

Improve Your Mind Power With Spanish

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Our "mind power" is largely in the way we use our words, and limited by our vocabulary. Words, and the concepts they express, are different in each language, and there are differing common expressions. That's why when you learn a new language, you learn new ways to think.

Our "mind power" is largely in the way we use our words, and limited by our vocabulary. Words, and the concepts they express, are different in each language, and there are differing common expressions. That's why when you learn a new language, you learn new ways to think.

Most Americans see money as something created, not as a static quantity to be divided up. This is no coincidence. English is one of the few languages that speaks of "making" money. In other languages, the verb used is "to gain," "take," or "get." The words used affect how people think about money. Personally, I think "making money" is a very healthy perspective.

Hablas Espaol?

Did you know that in Spanish, you're not thirsty, cold or afraid? You have to say "I have thirst (yo tengo sed)", "I have coldness (yo tengo frio)," or "I have fear (yo tengo miedo)." Could this change the way a person experiences things?

Definitely. Therapists are now telling people to stop saying or thinking things like "I am afraid." That way of expressing it creates too much identification with the feeling. It's healthier to say "I feel fear." You're not afraid, you're a human; fear, like all feelings, is just a temporary visitor.

In Spanish you "take" a decision (tomar un decision). Is it possible that "taking" a decision could be less stressful than "making" one? It might subconsciously limit you, too, since you generally "take" from what's available, while to "make" leaves your options wide open.

Other Advantages Of Learning A Language

You gain words when you learn a language, but also the ability to understand things better. Who can speak more precisely about snow; someone with three words for it (snow, sleet, powder), or an eskimo with 22 words for it? Which is more efficient, the German word "zeitgeist," meaning "the taste and outlook of a period or generation," or the nine words I just used to say the same thing?

According to the research, most people experience a general improvement in memory from studying a language. Research has also demonstrated that you can halt age-related decline in mental function by learning a new language. Tuck that little tip away for later in life, or better yet, why not start learning a new language today?
