Develop Your Subconscious Mind Power

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Whatever we see, hear, smell, taste, touch or feel passes through the conscious mind and reaches the subconscious mind where it is then stored.

Once you have learned how best to deal with a situation, you will generally find it much easier the next time around. This is because you are using information which is already stored.

For instance, once you have learned to ride a bike, you don?t have to consciously think about it anymore. This is because the stored information will come to you automatically, the next time you get on your bike to ride it.

Just as if you were to learn where each letter on your keyboard is, you can now type without looking because you have formed a mental picture in your subconscious mind of what the keyboard actually looks like.

The above are just two instances of how the subconscious mind stores up relations of learned behaviour. We are sure you would be able to find many more examples of this in your everyday life!

Information from the conscious mind gets past into the subconscious mind, and there is a very strong link between the two. It is said that everything you have ever seen, heard or experienced is perceived by your conscious mind, and then stored away into your subconscious mind as a memory.

Not only is this memory stored as the incident itself, but also any feelings that went with it at the time are also stored.

Your subconscious mind does not only store your memories and feelings. It is the maker of all the great ideas you have ever had, and is also the seat of your intuition and creativity. When you do begin to control your conscious thought processes, you will find that you can apply the powers of your subconscious mind towards any problem or difficulty you may come across.

Most of the great artists, poets, writers, scientists, inventors and discovers have had or have a deep understanding of how their conscious and subconscious mind work. The ones that do not unknowingly set their genius to work for them when they tapped into their subconscious mind power by instinct.

You see, the Einsteins and Edisons were not that much smarter that the average person, writes psychology professor Dean Simonton.

After conducting many studies of intelligence and creativity, Professor Simonton has found that there is no real relationship between our IQ and creativity. Most of the celebrated minds of history, Simonton believes, simply made better use of their subconscious mind power.

Just by having a basic knowledge and understanding of how your conscious and subconscious mind work, and also how they interact with each other, you will be able to work wonders in your life. The possibilities truly are endless!

Your Mind Has The Power To Overcome Any Illness - Introduction (Part 1 Of 5)

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

You and your family need a better life so, train your mind to fight illness along with medical assistance.

Human body is having a very complex architecture but basically it is designed to be healthy. It has its own self-healing mechanism built in it. But many times we are not able to control our body, some of our normal cells go crazy, develop into unhealthy cells. They behave differently; some multiply so rapidly that many times it will encompass its own blood supply and starve itself. There is unnecessary growth, irritation, pain and it kills your health. You take medicines to cure it, sometimes cut those cells away or radiate it to prevent its growth to regain your health. Medical science does their part but sometimes these cells are very sick and they die, killing you. May be we should do our part too to fight against these deadly diseases. HOW?

Our mind has a deep relationship with our body. It will be fruitful if you train your mind to heal your body. It is possible with meditation and words yes, mere words that are very powerful. When you hear meditation do not think it wont work out for you, be positive, everyone can master meditation. But at this point I would like to concentrate on words and later I will come to meditation. I started with words because words have power that can control your mind to heal your body. I will prove the power of words.

Three Mind Power Secrets

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

There are hundreds of ways to improve your mind power. Some have to do with the mind-body connection, some with what you eat, and some with how you train yourself to think. Here is an example of each.

Posture And Mind Power

Your posture affects your thinking process. You can easily prove this to yourself with a simple experiment. Start by sitting in any chair. Then slouch, letting your head hang down and looking at the floor. Now let your mouth hang open. Now, try doing math in your head. Add large numbers or multiply two-digit numbers - just do whatever math you can normally do with some difficulty in your mind.

Now for part two. Sit up straight, keep your mouth closed and look forward or slightly upwards. Try that mental math again. You'll notice that it's easier to think with this better posture. Keep this in mind. Whenever you feel that brain fog coming, just sit up straight and close your mouth.

Watch That Glycemic Index

Diabetics know about the "glycemic index," which rates foods according to how slowly the carbohydrates are released into the system. Slower is better, both for diabetics and for those who want to avoid "brain fog" and think more clearly. Foods that slowly release sugars into your system (and have a low index rating) include beans, whole grains, apples, and salads.

There are other factors involved in how some of these foods affect your brain in the short-term. Beans cause drowsiness in some people for example. However, in general, any foods that are rated high on the glycemic index are likely to cause "brain fog." If you really want to test this, eat a large piece of sugary pie on an empty stomach, and see how your mind feels fifteen minutes later.

Train Your Brain

To develop greater mind power long-term, train yourself to think in certain useful ways. For example, for more insightful analysis, you can train yourself to challenge assumptions. This is one of the most powerful problem-solving techniques.

Suppose you want ways to get customers into your store? Ask, "Do I really need more customers?" An assumption-challenging question like this suggests other creative solutions, like finding ways to make more money off existing customers, or ways to cut expenses. Maybe these will lead to more profitable ideas. Challenging assumptions increases the creativity of your solutions.

Do this with a given technique for several weeks. Carry a card that reminds you to think a certain way or use a certain technique. Three weeks seems to be the amount of time it takes to make something into a well-established habit, and habitually thinking in better ways is the most effective ways to exercise greater mind power. Habits Of Mind - A Key To Brainpower

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Develop good habits of mind and you will have not just intelligence, but brainpower - the ability to use that intelligence effectively. Life is easier and your actions more effective when these subconscious "programs" are installed in your head.

Your mind is already programmed in many ways. You may have consciously learned how to type, for example, but now the process is largely unconscious. In fact, if you were to think about what you were going to do with each finger before you did it, your typing would be far slower. Developing these unconscious programs, then, starts with conscious effort, but eventually pays off with essentially effortless and effective action.

Habits of mind are more like "meta-programs." They determine how your mind operates in various circumstances. They are created unconsciously throughout your life. For example, you may unconsciously look for a way to escape any situation that becomes uncomfortable.

The good news is that these habits can also be much more beneficial. Habitually stopping to assess a situation from an objective perspective would be an example of this. Even more hopeful, is the fact that these habits of mind can be consciously developed.

Developing Good Habits Of Mind

Many "experts" will tell you that it takes three weeks to develop a new habit. Repeat the actions or thoughts you want to become habitual every day for three weeks and they become programmed in your mind. Whether or not the three-week rule is accurate isn't important. If it takes four weeks, that's okay too. The important point is that by consciously repeating certain actions and thoughts, you can program yourself for success.

For example, if you want to bet a more effective problem solver, you can consciously change your approach and practice new ways of thinking. Less effective problem solvers look at problems as an annoyance to be avoided or dealt with only as far as necessary. A more effective approach is to look at problems as an opportunity to create new solutions.

Suppose you want to think this way, however. How do you make it a habit? Start by looking for problems instead of avoiding them. Keep a list of problems you see each day, ranging from personal problems like not enough exercise to business-related problems, like expenses being too high, to any random problems you can identify.

Carry a list of simple questions to ask for each problem. These are questions that are designed to give you a more productive frame of mind. "How could this problem be useful to me?" is a good start. Others might include. "What are the benefits of finding a solution?" and "What do i know about this situation that can help me find a solution."

Using your motivations might help as well. If you imagine the praise you'll get for finding a solution to a problem, this could make you want to confront and resolve problems rather than avoid them. Whatever works, do it consciously and daily for several weeks.

Once you have done this enough times over a long enough period of time, the thinking patterns become unconscious. You'll find yourself looking at problems differently, and trying to solve them spontaneously. Then you can repeat this process with other mental programming you want to have.

One last example: Suppose every time you needed greater brainpower, you unconsciously sat up straight and took a deep breath? Both of these actions have been shown to improve brain function. Of course it takes conscious effort and discipline at first to develop good habits of mind, but the eventual result is greater brain power for less effort. How To Increase Brain Power, and to get the Brain Power Newsletter and other free gifts, visit: http://www.IncreaseBrainPower.com

Subconscious Mind Power - 3 Vital Steps to Unleash It!

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

The subconscious mind is a seat of magnificent power. With it, you can literally get anything you want. However, only a few people are maximizing its unlimited potentials.

Three necessary and unusual steps must be taken to unleash your hidden subconscious mind power.

First, you must engulf yourself with the pictures, visual representations, or symbols of the things related to the things you want to accomplish. You may also surround yourself with objects that produce sounds that remind you of your goals.

When you surround yourself with positive images or sounds, your subconscious mind will imprint those images or record those sounds in your head. You will be reminded of your goals often. The result will be a focused mind capable of blocking out distractions and manifesting your thoughts into reality.

Second, you must ask yourself the right positive and success-driven questions all the time. Too often, we ask questions like:

"Why am I always failing to achieve my goals in life?"
"How come I am stuck in this dead-end job, without any hope for career advancement?"
"Why can't I have the same amount of creativity and intelligence as he is?"
"How can such unfortunate events be happening to me?"
"Why am I always running out of luck?"

Yikes! What stupid questions to ask yourself! Everyday, people keep on asking themselves endless negative questions. These people subject their minds to negative subconscious programming that impede their personality development and force them downward to the spiral of failure.

Their subconscious mind will always try to respond to such pessimistic questions, resulting in massive mental and emotional self-destruction.

The subconscious will come up with various explanations, reasons, and justifications to persuade them that they are goal setting failures, that they don't deserve a great career, that they can't be as lucky, creative, good looking, or rich as other people, even if all of these negative circumstances are untrue! They are only attracting negativity and failure to manifest in their reality.

Now my question to you is: Are you one of them? If yes, change your attitude and bad habits now! Most of all, ask questions that demand positive, success-driven answers.

When you ask a good question to the powerful subconscious, you will get a good answer! In fact, not only will you get a good answer; your subconscious may actually come up with an almost magical response/solution that may surprise you!

Ask your subconscious questions such as:

"What shall I read to improve my memory?"
"How can I overcome my shyness and enhance my relationships?"
"How can I have a strong and healthy body?"
"What can I do to earn $7,000 next month?"
"What must I do to get that promotion?"

Third, know your purpose. When you have a sufficient strong and intense purpose to accomplish your goals, your subconscious will always find a way to help you achieve them. This is power motivation at work!

If you're just satisfied with whatever life throws at you, not knowing the rationale behind what you're doing, then you'll have a much difficult time reaching your dreams.

And this is where the power of purpose comes to work. If you have a highly emotional purpose behind your actions, you will be more prompted to take inspired action and do whatever it takes to reach your destination.

Always ask yourself, "Why am I doing this?"

It's either you have/find a satisfactory answer or change your agenda!

When I ask myself why I am determined to finish a project, I immediately have an answer, which may consist of any of the following:

1) I want to improve the lives of as many people as I can.
2) I want to go on a vacation to a specific country (using money earned from the project).
3) I want to donate to charity.
4) I love the feeling of being able to conquer any challenge and accomplish something worthwhile.

Now it's my turn to ask you. What's your purpose?

Four Simple Mind Power Techniques

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Mind power techniques, from the famous "pupil trick," to techniques for motivating yourself.

The following mind power techniques are creative ways to tap into the power of your mind. Some of them may be entertaining, but they also have more practical uses as well. A good example of one that is both entertaining and practical, is the "pupil trick." We'll save that one for last. In the meantime, here are a few of the more practical mind power techniques.

A Memory Technique

Memory systems are some of the oldest mind power techniques. Some of them get very involved, however, requiring you to first memorize "peg words" and numbered lists. These work well, but what if you want a simpler way to remember things? Try a "linking" technique.

Here's a list to remember: Soap, milk, honey, fork, and flowers. To remember it using a simple linking technique, you just start a vivid story in your imagination, adding items to it as you go. Imagine, for example, that you are at the sink, you reach for the SOAP, and find the soap dish full of MILK. You wash your hands with that, and then comb HONEY into your hair with a FORK. Finally, you pick up a bouquet of FLOWERS and smile at the mirror. Try repeating the name of each item while you mentally review your "movie," and you'll remember all five things, even the next day.

Mental Math Tricks

When I was young, I didn't "show my work" when doing equations in math class. For me, 97 x 16 became 100 x 16 (1600) minus 3 x 16 (48). It was easier that way, and almost automatic. I would just write down 1552, although I couldn't explain very well how I arrived at the answer. My teachers thought this was a problem, but many years later such math shortcuts were sold in seminars and books. You might want to learn a few of your own.

A Motivation Technique

To get motivated, talk about your plans. This is a simple, yet powerful mind power technique. If I am having trouble getting to my writing, I tell my wife about the article I'm going to write, and I'm quickly out of my slump and back at the keyboard. You really can quickly change your state of mind, but not by simply "willing" it to change. That's like trying to ride a bicycle without pedaling. Our minds have a mechanical aspect, and this is what these techniques tap into.

Do you want to use this mind power technique on others? You can. For example, to help a friend out of a bad mood, get him or her to explain something to you that they are passionate about. This process will change the chemicals in their brain, and so change their state of mind. Find the topics that work best, and remember them for future use.

The Pupil Trick

Go stand in front of a mirror. Watch your eyes as you vividly imagine something pleasurable. This can be beautiful scenery, your favorite naked body, anything that will create desire in you, or anything you would like to be looking at in reality. Notice how your pupils get larger almost immediately. Practice a bit, finding the imaginary scenes that work best, and you can make your pupils instantly larger at will.

Your pupils enlarge when you are aroused, interested and receptive. How can you use this knowledge? When your pupils dilate, the person you are talking to subconsciously senses your interest in them, and they like that. Of course this makes it easier for them to like you, and to listen to what you suggest. You certainly don't have to be a salesman to take advantage of this. Why not learn to control your pupil sizeFree Articles, and try this subliminal mind power technique?

How To Use Your Mind Power To Get What You Want In Your Life

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Every human being is made up of 2 parts: an outer part which is usually referred to as the body, and an inner part which is usually referred to as the soul.

Alternative words are often used to refer to the body and the soul. The body is sometimes referred to as the material part, the physical substance, or the matter, and the soul as the spiritual part, the spirit, the mind, the intelligence, the intellect, the energy.

For the purpose of this course, all these terms are considered to be equivalent to one another.

If every human being is made up of a body and a soul, how do human beings interact or communicate with one another?

In order to give an accurate answer to this fundamental question it's important to establish a clear distinction between the physical world and the spiritual world.

In the same way that human beings are made up of a physical part and a spiritual part the world we live in is also made up of 2 parts: the physical world and the spiritual world. These 2 worlds are sometimes referred to as the physical layer and the spiritual layer.

Human beings can interact or communicate with other human beings in the physical world as well as in the spiritual world.

On the physical world, the interaction or communication between 2 human beings occurs through their respective bodies, one body interacting with the other. Examples of such interactions include shaking hands, making eye contacts, using body language, speaking, touching, making phone calls, sending letters, text or email messages, etc.

On the spiritual world, human beings can only interact with one another through their respective souls, one soul interacting with another one human beings cannot access the spiritual world through their bodies. The only way they can communicate on the spiritual level is through their respective souls.

We all know how to interact with others in the material world. We do it every day when we speak to our neighbors or to our colleagues at the work place, when we send letters, emails or text messages to our friends or relatives, when we smile to someone, etc. But when it comes to interacting in the spiritual world, most people are at a loss. They just don't know how to do it because they have not been properly trained to do so.

Knowing how to interact with other people on the spiritual world is of the utmost importance if we want to influence other people and get them to do what we want.

Let say for the purpose of illustration that you want to get a promotion at the work place . The way most people would go about it is to work hard in the hope that their employer will notice their hard work and ultimately reward them with a promotion. By working hard at the work place they have chosen to influence their boss in the physical world.I say in the physical world because the work place is a material thing and therefore a part of the physical world.

However experience teaches us that hard work does not necessary guarantee a promotion. It's just not enough to work hard in the physical world in order to be successful.

A better way would be to act at the same time in the spiritual world by influencing your boss into getting you the promotion you are looking for.

The only way to influence him/ her at the spiritual level is to get your soul (your spiritual part) to interact with his/her soul (his/her spiritual part) and put his/her soul under your control.

Communicating at both the spiritual level and the material level is the most effective way to get what you want from other people.
