Deep Meditation Music: Unlocking Your Potential Mind Power

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

As we go about our daily lives, our senses are bombarded by numerous distractions. Social melodrama, ever increasing noise pollution, and the stress and tedium of the daily commute, just to name a few. As technology advances and our lives become more fast paced than ever before, the amount of stress we experience continually increases. Our minds become overloaded and we aren't able to focus on our work. We feel burnt out and uninspired. As a result we experience a block in our creativity. At times it may seem hopeless, but the good news is that people are finding new ways to cope with this ever increasing sensory overload.

One such solution and the best one that I have found is brainwave entrainment. This involves listening to a prerecorded program that uses binaural technology to synchronize the brainwave frequencies of the left and right hemispheres of the brain. It may sound like science fiction but this technology was actually discovered in 1839 although it wasn't used for this purpose until after 1973.

Brainwave entrainment actually allows the brain to create new neural pathways and tap the overall potential of the mind to a higher degree and in a much shorter time than is possible with conventional meditational practices. This can lead to noticeable reductions in stress levels, increased intelligence, heightened awareness, a feeling of inner peace, and improved states of well-being.

There are a wide variety of programs available for many different needs and goals depending on the results that are desired. They all use different levels of brainwaves to achieve the desired effects.

Gamma waves are in the 40+ hz range and heighten perception and awareness. Some people report experiences of precognition in the Gamma range.

Beta waves are in the 13 to 40 hz range and are used for peak concentration, heightened alertness, hand-eye coordination and visual acuity.

Alpha waves are in the 6 to 12 hz range and promote relaxation, light meditation and creativity.

Theta waves are in the 4 to 7 hz range and induce dreams and deep meditation. They have also been found to increase creativity, imagination and learning ability.

Delta Waves are in the 0 to 4 hz range and induce deep dreamless sleep and have also been found to promote physical healing in the body as at certain frequencies they trigger the release of Human Growth Hormone.

As you can see, along with dramatic stress reduction and increased mind power, there are many other positive effects that can be derived from using deep meditation music tools to entrain the brain. I have been using this technique for years now and I am thoroughly pleased and amazed with the new levels of personal growth that I continually experience as a result. So if you are stressed out, burnt out, unfocused, or uninspired, then I highly recommend giving brainwave entrainment technology a try. And remember that it is never too late to unlock your true potential.

I am a person of many interests but my primary focus is human potential and development. If you would like more information about how to unlock the full potential of your mind, then you should check out my favorite resource: Click Here!

Public Speaking: 5 Reminders for Powerful Presentations

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

The difference in a powerful and pitiful presentation is usually a few essential basics. The following five reminders must be part of every speech.

1. Audience Awareness.

The better you know the people in the seat, the better your presentation will be. Too many speakers are self-centered. They design a message that sounds good to them.

The audience-centered speaker provides what the people need. Information to help them grow. Motivation to aid the desire to apply.

2. Positive Preparation

Do not prepare in fear. Forget worrying about the possibilities of what can go wrong. Instead, think about the positives. Note everything you can't wait to share. Pinpoint the most powerful aspects of the speech and look forward to releasing them.

3. Confident Content.

Too often we draw our confidence from our delivery style. Listen, that's overrated. Who cares if an audience is wowed by delivery if no content comes with it?

The less confident you are with your delivery the more critical it is that you are confident with your content. Know exactly the benefit the audience will receive from the information you share.

4. Test Technology.

Check the microphones, laptop, etc. before the event. Inspect it with enough time to repair it if needed.

Last Wednesday I spoke at a meeting and we were not sure if my laptop would be compatible with the projection system. In the end we switched cables and all went well. But if I hadn't been there forty-five minutes early it might not have went as well.

5. Validate Value

This ties the previous four points together.

Value the audience. Remember that you are talking to people with fears and also with dreams.

Value preparation. Don't try to wing-it and don't over prepare thinking it will make you perfect.

Value content. Have a clear message that cannot me missed. Also, make it practical so it can be immediately applied.

Value technology. If PowerPoint strengthens the message use it; if it doesn't then don't. Only use technology that will enhance the message.

If you know those four areas the fifth - validate value - will be guaranteed. You will know what you are going to say, who you are saying it to, and why you are sharing it.

Your public speaking and professional speaking will flourish with those five.

Subconscious Mind Power

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

What is subconscious mind power? It can be something as simple as automatically smiling when you meet a person, and so improving the odds of getting what you want from that person. It can be the way you unconsciously approach a problem and solve it. Essentially, it is the power that comes from good programming of your mind.

How do you program your mind, so you'll have more subconscious mind power? Consciously, one step at a time. First, you learn a new technique or "program," and then you use it consciously until it becomes automatic - an unconscious habit. A couple examples follow.

Use Subconscious Mind Power To Develop Rapport

Speak to someone at the same speed they speak, and they will feel more at ease with you. Mirror their expressions and body position, and they will also feel more comfortable with you. There are dozens of simple techniques like these that salesmen use to develop rapport with customers. They work in all areas of life, though, not just when selling a product.

Of course, you'll likely get confused if you try to remember and use ten of these techniques when you meet someone. You may even annoy the person. To make the whole process more smooth, you need to train yourself in a technique or two at a time, until they become automatic. Then start working on the next technique. Soon you will be subconsciously doing what needs to be done to have good rapport with the people you meet. That's subconscious mind power.

Intuition Power

Einstein relied heavily on intuitive hunches. Gary Kasparov can beat the best chess computer even though the computer can calculate positions many moves further ahead. Experience allows him to combine analysis with a "sense" of which move is best. These are great examples of the power of intuition.

Your skill, knowledge and experience determine the potential effectiveness of your intuition. A weak chess player will never intuitively beat that computer. Having enough good information in your mind is the first important part of intuition, then.

However, to regularly benefit from your intuitive mind power, you have to encourage it. Start by watching for it. Stop during problem solving, and note any feelings or hunches you have. Note when your hunches are good ones and when they seem to be just random feelings. Do this until the whole process becomes a habit, and you'll begin to have more intuition.

The Key To Subconscious Mind Power

Just from these two examples, you can see how you can benefit from "programming" your mind. Even training yourself to regularly ask a simple question, like "How can I best use my time right now," can be very useful. The key is to simply find any technique that works when you use it consciously, and then use it daily (carry a reminder if you have to) until it becomes an unconscious habit. This is how you develop your subconscious mind power. How To Increase Brain Power, and to get the Brain Power Newsletter and other free gifts, visit: http://www.IncreaseBrainPower.com

Three Mind Power Secrets

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

There are hundreds of ways to improve your mind power. Some have to do with the mind-body connection, some with what you eat, and some with how you train yourself to think. Here is an example of each.

Posture And Mind Power

Your posture affects your thinking process. You can easily prove this to yourself with a simple experiment. Start by sitting in any chair. Then slouch, letting your head hang down and looking at the floor. Now let your mouth hang open. Now, try doing math in your head. Add large numbers or multiply two-digit numbers - just do whatever math you can normally do with some difficulty in your mind.

Now for part two. Sit up straight, keep your mouth closed and look forward or slightly upwards. Try that mental math again. You'll notice that it's easier to think with this better posture. Keep this in mind. Whenever you feel that brain fog coming, just sit up straight and close your mouth.

Watch That Glycemic Index

Diabetics know about the "glycemic index," which rates foods according to how slowly the carbohydrates are released into the system. Slower is better, both for diabetics and for those who want to avoid "brain fog" and think more clearly. Foods that slowly release sugars into your system (and have a low index rating) include beans, whole grains, apples, and salads.

There are other factors involved in how some of these foods affect your brain in the short-term. Beans cause drowsiness in some people for example. However, in general, any foods that are rated high on the glycemic index are likely to cause "brain fog." If you really want to test this, eat a large piece of sugary pie on an empty stomach, and see how your mind feels fifteen minutes later.

Train Your Brain

To develop greater mind power long-term, train yourself to think in certain useful ways. For example, for more insightful analysis, you can train yourself to challenge assumptions. This is one of the most powerful problem-solving techniques.

Suppose you want ways to get customers into your store? Ask, "Do I really need more customers?" An assumption-challenging question like this suggests other creative solutions, like finding ways to make more money off existing customers, or ways to cut expenses. Maybe these will lead to more profitable ideas. Challenging assumptions increases the creativity of your solutions.

Do this with a given technique for several weeks. Carry a card that reminds you to think a certain way or use a certain technique. Three weeks seems to be the amount of time it takes to make something into a well-established habit, and habitually thinking in better ways is the most effective ways to exercise greater mind power. Gardening Your Mind. Part 1 - Your First Steps to Personal Power, Wellbeing and Achievement

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Our words and thoughts are like seeds planted in our mind - the good ones grow and flourish, and we will gain fantastic benefits when they do.

But the negative words and thoughts - well they can grow too. And like weeds in a garden, they'll choke and stunt the growth of our better selves. When the weeds of negative language are rampant in our mind it's impossible for our abilities and achievements to blossom to their full potential.

It's time for a little gardening. Some weeding here, some planting there can make a huge difference to our performance and sense of wellbeing. So much so that you'd be crazy not to do it. How to spot the weeds

Some of the weeds of negative self-talk can be very obvious, and yet just as in a real garden they can grow tall without us even noticing them. And that's not all - every instance of negative self talk sows its own seeds to make sure that there are always plenty more to come.

Here's one of the more serious weeds, and what to plant in its place.

Calling yourself names - the Useless Idiot Bindweed

The trouble with calling yourself names is that your subconscious begins to believe it. We make a mistake or do something wrong and immediately we're telling ourselves we're useless, an idiot, a klutz - or all three. And that's when we're being mild!

The trouble with this kind of talk, apart from it gradually lowering your self esteem, is that it stops you from learning from your mistakes. With this kind of talk you already know why you sliced your golf drive, forgot to make that important call or lost that sale. It's because you're an idiot - and you know what? - you'll just go and do it again as soon as you get chance. This kind of thinking condemns you to a self-supporting cycle of failure and self abuse. We begin to accept it as a truth.

How to weed it - Pattern Breaking

This is a simple technique that will make those self-abusive thoughts wither and die. First of all listen to yourself more carefully to become aware of when they sprout up. When you hear one, say to yourself 'STOP' and replace it with a positive thought. It's helpful here to break the pattern with an action as well as the word. So snapping your fingers, clapping your hands or slapping your leg all work well.

What to plant

We want to plant something more positive. An affirmation, a simple positive statement about yourself, can be brilliant here. Telling yourself something like: 'that's not like me - I'll do better next time,' can be very helpful. A good way of designing your affirmation is to listen to your own special 'idiot' statement and form the positive opposite. So instead of 'I'm a clumsy dope,' you might come up with 'I am careful and intelligent.' Don't worry if you don't necessarily believe the statement at the moment - we're planting seeds remember, and the seed is not the fully grown plant. With repetition those seeds will begin to grow.

It's even more productive to also view your mistake as a learning opportunity. Get into the habit of reviewing the situation that led to your error. This can take a little courage at first, but telling yourself 'I can learn from this,' and then applying that learning the next time will really get your own internal garden growing. With practice not only will you be doing things differently and much better, you'll be starting to value yourself a whole lot more in the process.

So don't you owe it to yourself to start your gardening now?

See part 2 for more tips on weeding out the negative thoughts and replacing them with positive ones.

Habits Of Mind - A Key To Brainpower

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Develop good habits of mind and you will have not just intelligence, but brainpower - the ability to use that intelligence effectively. Life is easier and your actions more effective when these subconscious "programs" are installed in your head.

Your mind is already programmed in many ways. You may have consciously learned how to type, for example, but now the process is largely unconscious. In fact, if you were to think about what you were going to do with each finger before you did it, your typing would be far slower. Developing these unconscious programs, then, starts with conscious effort, but eventually pays off with essentially effortless and effective action.

Habits of mind are more like "meta-programs." They determine how your mind operates in various circumstances. They are created unconsciously throughout your life. For example, you may unconsciously look for a way to escape any situation that becomes uncomfortable.

The good news is that these habits can also be much more beneficial. Habitually stopping to assess a situation from an objective perspective would be an example of this. Even more hopeful, is the fact that these habits of mind can be consciously developed.

Developing Good Habits Of Mind

Many "experts" will tell you that it takes three weeks to develop a new habit. Repeat the actions or thoughts you want to become habitual every day for three weeks and they become programmed in your mind. Whether or not the three-week rule is accurate isn't important. If it takes four weeks, that's okay too. The important point is that by consciously repeating certain actions and thoughts, you can program yourself for success.

For example, if you want to bet a more effective problem solver, you can consciously change your approach and practice new ways of thinking. Less effective problem solvers look at problems as an annoyance to be avoided or dealt with only as far as necessary. A more effective approach is to look at problems as an opportunity to create new solutions.

Suppose you want to think this way, however. How do you make it a habit? Start by looking for problems instead of avoiding them. Keep a list of problems you see each day, ranging from personal problems like not enough exercise to business-related problems, like expenses being too high, to any random problems you can identify.

Carry a list of simple questions to ask for each problem. These are questions that are designed to give you a more productive frame of mind. "How could this problem be useful to me?" is a good start. Others might include. "What are the benefits of finding a solution?" and "What do i know about this situation that can help me find a solution."

Using your motivations might help as well. If you imagine the praise you'll get for finding a solution to a problem, this could make you want to confront and resolve problems rather than avoid them. Whatever works, do it consciously and daily for several weeks.

Once you have done this enough times over a long enough period of time, the thinking patterns become unconscious. You'll find yourself looking at problems differently, and trying to solve them spontaneously. Then you can repeat this process with other mental programming you want to have.

One last example: Suppose every time you needed greater brainpower, you unconsciously sat up straight and took a deep breath? Both of these actions have been shown to improve brain function. Of course it takes conscious effort and discipline at first to develop good habits of mind, but the eventual result is greater brain power for less effort. How To Increase Brain Power, and to get the Brain Power Newsletter and other free gifts, visit: http://www.IncreaseBrainPower.com

The Mind's Power To Make You Sick

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

?There is a growing tendency upon the part of the best informed physicians and other health practitioners, to accept the theory that all diseases begin when the brain of the individual is in a depleted or devitalized state. Stated in another way, it is a known fact that a person who has a perfectly vitalized brain is practically, if not entirely, immune from all manner of disease. Every intelligent health practitioner, of whatever school or type, knows that ?Nature? or the mind cures disease in every instance where a cure is effected. Medicines, faith, laying on of hands, chiropractic, osteopathy and all other forms of outside stimulant are nothing more than artificial aids to NATURE, or, to state it correctly, mere methods to the end that it readjusts the cells and tissues of the body, revitalizes the brain and otherwise causes the human machine to function normally.?

This was written by none other than Napoleon Hill in 1928. Yes, you read correctly, in 1928!!!

Back in those days, advanced minds such as Napoleon Hill?s were already aware of the power of the mind over the body. Negative thoughts, when they happen outside of our awareness, and are not externalized, tend to fester in the body. Negative emotions have been proven to release negative neuropeptides that affect the ability of the immune system to carry its work of defending the body against viruses, bacteria and the development of tumors. A harmonized mind is a mind that thinks positive thoughts, that has learned to externalize all powerful emotions so that the person can accept his feelings, deal with them and move on. A harmonized mind also leads a person to surround himself with positive energies, with people who are happy, who are positive. This could be why laughter keeps being confirmed as one of the most effective methods to heal disease, and even cancer. Laugher is known to release in the brain the same chemicals released by morphine as a natural opiate that helps stop pain.

This is how far our thoughts can influence our body and our state of health that laughter can curb cancer and stop its development, and tht negative emotions such as anger, fear, anxiety, worry, distress, emotional pain and trauma, and any form of continued stress are known agents in the development and growth of cancer.

So what?s the solution? In the Science of Being Well Home Study Course, you will find many exercises and activities to bring yourself back to health, and techniques to retrain your thinking.

Emotions are neither good or bad. They are the stuff of life. They are what we?re made of. Emotions only become bad when they are not externalized. The body then maintains the imprint of the negative emotion, and with enough reinforcement due to the repetition of the stress or the stimulus of the negative situation, and the person quickly becomes sick.

Once we understand what makes us sick, and the part that we may play in our own illnesses, we then have tools and techniques at our disposal to return to health.

Subconscious Mind Power - 3 Vital Steps to Unleash It!

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

The subconscious mind is a seat of magnificent power. With it, you can literally get anything you want. However, only a few people are maximizing its unlimited potentials.

Three necessary and unusual steps must be taken to unleash your hidden subconscious mind power.

First, you must engulf yourself with the pictures, visual representations, or symbols of the things related to the things you want to accomplish. You may also surround yourself with objects that produce sounds that remind you of your goals.

When you surround yourself with positive images or sounds, your subconscious mind will imprint those images or record those sounds in your head. You will be reminded of your goals often. The result will be a focused mind capable of blocking out distractions and manifesting your thoughts into reality.

Second, you must ask yourself the right positive and success-driven questions all the time. Too often, we ask questions like:

"Why am I always failing to achieve my goals in life?"
"How come I am stuck in this dead-end job, without any hope for career advancement?"
"Why can't I have the same amount of creativity and intelligence as he is?"
"How can such unfortunate events be happening to me?"
"Why am I always running out of luck?"

Yikes! What stupid questions to ask yourself! Everyday, people keep on asking themselves endless negative questions. These people subject their minds to negative subconscious programming that impede their personality development and force them downward to the spiral of failure.

Their subconscious mind will always try to respond to such pessimistic questions, resulting in massive mental and emotional self-destruction.

The subconscious will come up with various explanations, reasons, and justifications to persuade them that they are goal setting failures, that they don't deserve a great career, that they can't be as lucky, creative, good looking, or rich as other people, even if all of these negative circumstances are untrue! They are only attracting negativity and failure to manifest in their reality.

Now my question to you is: Are you one of them? If yes, change your attitude and bad habits now! Most of all, ask questions that demand positive, success-driven answers.

When you ask a good question to the powerful subconscious, you will get a good answer! In fact, not only will you get a good answer; your subconscious may actually come up with an almost magical response/solution that may surprise you!

Ask your subconscious questions such as:

"What shall I read to improve my memory?"
"How can I overcome my shyness and enhance my relationships?"
"How can I have a strong and healthy body?"
"What can I do to earn $7,000 next month?"
"What must I do to get that promotion?"

Third, know your purpose. When you have a sufficient strong and intense purpose to accomplish your goals, your subconscious will always find a way to help you achieve them. This is power motivation at work!

If you're just satisfied with whatever life throws at you, not knowing the rationale behind what you're doing, then you'll have a much difficult time reaching your dreams.

And this is where the power of purpose comes to work. If you have a highly emotional purpose behind your actions, you will be more prompted to take inspired action and do whatever it takes to reach your destination.

Always ask yourself, "Why am I doing this?"

It's either you have/find a satisfactory answer or change your agenda!

When I ask myself why I am determined to finish a project, I immediately have an answer, which may consist of any of the following:

1) I want to improve the lives of as many people as I can.
2) I want to go on a vacation to a specific country (using money earned from the project).
3) I want to donate to charity.
4) I love the feeling of being able to conquer any challenge and accomplish something worthwhile.

Now it's my turn to ask you. What's your purpose?

Misleading Mind-Sets, Powerful Heart-Set

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Mind-sets can be accurate from a rational point of view but still be wrong. For example, a management professor at Yale University once responded to a student?s proposal of a reliable overnight service that it was a ?concept that is interesting and well informed, but in order to earn better than a C the idea must be feasible.? Fred Smith went on to found the Federal Express Corporation. In the end, the professor?s mind- set was wrong because his idea of what was feasible was limited. What is feasible, functional, possible or proper to one person may be utter nonsense to a person who is working from the heart.

Your mind ?set may be that you must be an extrovert to be successful. Although extroverts can be successful, so can people who do not like the limelight. Some of the most quiet, most laid-back people I have known are extremely successful.

Your mind-set may tell you that good sex is what it takes to have a good and happy marriage. Although sex certainly plays an important role, this is a very limiting mind-set. How you share your hearts is far more important than how you share your bodies.

As you learn to live more from your heart, you will discover the Conquering Force in your behalf. As you work more from your heart, you will unleash the Conquering Force in your behalf. Let your heart-set, rather than your mind-set, be your constant guide. Let your heart rule your head.

Can we do that? I will be touching on how you can open and let your heart rule your head soon, but we need to get this straight first.

?For a men thinketh in his heart, so is he? Proverbs

See you at the top.

Improve Mind Power Through These Natural And Simple Methods

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

There are some simple, yet effective methods to improve mind power. Using these tools will impact your mind several times more than the amount of effort it requires to use them. They are also something you can do anytime and anywhere.

A crossword a day is a great tool for improving mind power and keeping age related decline away. Studies have shown that people who do some sort of mind puzzle or game tend to retain their cognitive abilities or even increase them well into their later years. Crosswords are a great tool that doesn't require a lot of time but actively works important parts of the brain that control thinking and recall.

You can do crosswords on the bus or train, while eating lunch or even during commercials while watching your evening TV programs. However, to make the most of them it is important to do them frequently, at least a couple times a week. Like regular exercise for the body, the mind works better when it is exercised regularly.

You can also improve mind power by what music you choose to listen to during the week. There seems to be a link between those who listen to complex music like Classical or perhaps even Jazz and increases in the brain's ability to do complex processes like math, logic problems, etc. Music of a complex structure works a number of areas of the brain effectively. Again, this is something you can do even in the background while performing other tasks.

Another tool is memorization. Memorizing your favorite poem, new vocabulary words, etc. also strengthens pathways in the brain and makes them more effective. Aside from improving mind power in general it also improves recall and if you are memorizing words....increases communication skills.

With memorization it is important that you use repetition, not just initially, but even after we've memorized something it is critical to go back and repeat it occasionally. Not only is repetition usually the way we memorize things, it also creates larger neural connections. Those larger connections are helpful in establishing better recall and improving mind power.

You can improve mind power through learning new skills as well. This is another two-for-one deal. If you already have something you are dying to learn...a new sport, dancing, or how to paint oils...you not only gain a new skill that you can use and enjoy you build up your mind as well. The process of learning new things keeps the mind fresh and helps retain ability as we age.

Eating right is another way to improve mind power. Healthy eating...getting more fruits and vegetables and lowering fat...is important in helping the brain to operate efficiently. Getting the right vitamins and minerals allows the brain to create important enzymes and neurotransmitters as well as fight off cellular decline and aging. Making a few changes in our diets will yield huge benefits.

However, if we can't get the right nutrients from our diet or if the foods you buy are nutrient deficient due to heavy farming or modern processing techniques you might want to consider a dietary supplement. Supplements are an easy way to boost your intake of nutrients and can often make up for what we're missing in our diets.

Using these steps to improve mind power is not something that takes a whole lot of time. All it really takes is willingness and commitment. The rewards are a stronger mind that will function longer as you age. None of us wants to have our minds give out early in our later years, so it is important that we take steps now to protect our cognitive abilities and strengthen our brains.

Your Mind is a Powerful Tool

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Imagine that it can be done, and it will be done. Visualize success, and your mental picture of success will soon materialize.

The power of positive visualization is one business concept that is often written-off with little practical consideration. However, the straight fact is that visualizing something and keeping that visualization in your mind leads to the real manifestation of that mental image.

Those who spend their time thinking about how the economy is ruining their business soon find the economy has ruined their business. Those who spend time talking down their expectations, find themselves achieving dismal results.

Then there are those who shirk the weight brought on by these negative thoughts and choose a more positive path. These people take the path that turns what they want to happen into what will happen.

What will it take to improve your current situation? Is it 100 more customers? In what time period? If you cannot picture exactly what it takes to improve your situation, then how do you expect to get there?

Positive visualization is more than just wishful thinking. It follows simple, yet specific, guidelines:

1. Say It: Clearly articulate what it is you need or want. Simply wishing things were better doesn?t give your mind anything to work with. You can?t expect to change things if you can?t even articulate exactly what needs to be changed. If you need 100 more customers, perfect, say it aloud.

2. See It: Picture exactly what it is you need or want. Don?t worry about how exactly you will get those 100 additional customers. Focus your attention only on picturing these 100 customers vividly. What do those customers look like? Where are they from? What do they buy? Be specific. Paint a vivid picture in your mind.

3. Believe It: Trust that you can really have what it is you need or want. If you don?t believe deep down that your customers will be there when you need them, then you?re right, they won?t. When you believe, the customers will be there, just as you knew they would.

Positive visualization takes persistent vision. Sustain the vivid picture of success in your mind until it is realized. This may be difficult when others tell you you?re crazy and paint a picture of failure. Yes, it?s easier to think in negative terms, but that will only lead to negative results.

While the power of positive visualization may not happen overnight, it does happen. The positive effects of your vivid visualization happen exactly at the time you need it to happen, and not a moment sooner.

Resist the temptation to think negatively or to doubt your ability to think something into existence. When you hold your picture in your mind, your mind continues to work on creating it. If you abandon your picture, your mind will abandon creating its physical equivalent.

Hold the picture of success in your mind and your mind will be busy identifying the means and actions necessary to fulfill it. This is the beauty of positive visualization. You don?t need to take any conscious actions to realize your positive picture other than keeping that picture alive in your mind.

Your mind is a powerful tool; yet, it is the tool most often neglected. Just because you?ve had it all your life doesn?t mean you can take your mind for granted. Use it to its full potential. It?s up to you to provide the materials your mind needs to create positive outcomes. Articulate what you want or need, see it vividly, and know with unwavering certainty that it will be done. Keep your mind thinking in positive terms with specific and worthwhile objectives, and your mind will produce positive outcomes without fail.

Learn To Enhance And Use Your Mind Power To Quit Smoking

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Even though we may be aware of the consequences and harmful health effect it can bring, many people are still not able to give up the cigarettes. This is mainly due to a weak determination. Willpower and determination will get you through anything even the addiction of cigarettes. All you need is to know a little trick to tune your mind, as we know that the mind controls the body.

The mind is capable of conditioning itself. For example, whenever you meet up with friends, you usually smoke. So when you about to meet them the next time, your mind would have already position itself to want to smoke and subconsciously derive the pleasure from doing so. During the meeting with your friends, if you do not smoke, you will feel extremely uncomfortable, irritable and weak. If you decided to quit smoking, the chances of a relapse may be very high.

In the future, whenever you meet your friends, just take a moment to relax and think. Just take maybe about 5 minutes to think what will happen later. Is there a possibility to smoke? Think about how lucky you are to know that you have the most willpower among your friends to have the decision to quit smoking.

Think about how you can achieve greater and more things and success in life without smoking. Think that you?ve decided to quit smoking and that?s it, there is no turning back, if not you will only be a hypocrite to yourself, turning against your own words. Program your mind before meeting up with your friends or into any situation which will prompt you to smoke.

If you feel you unable to resist the temptation, then do not visit your friends or any other scenario which you will be tempted to smoke. Try other alternatives instead to relax and fill your time.

You can spend more time doing recreational activities or hobbies with your family instead of spending time out there smoking. Whenever you feel your cravings and your urge to smoke increases, think about all the negative things.

Spend 5 minutes to relax and program your mind to think what it means to smoke. Do you want to be a slave of cigarette forever? Do you want to quit smoking over and over again only to suffer this type of withdrawal symptoms? Once you have think of the negative and reconfirmed it with the positive aspects, you will learn how to master and control your mind, then you will on your way to a smoke-free life forever.

Tony James is an ex-smoker for 15 years and is currently helping smokers to quit smoking with ease without the discomfort of cravings or withdrawal symptoms.

Three Great Mind Power Practices

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Your mind power is not your IQ. It is not the innate potential of your mind, but the actual and habitual use and development of that potential. In other words, it isn't how smart you are that counts, but how you use it. Here are three things you can do to make your mind more effective.

Brain Exercises

Regular use and "exercising" of the brain has been shown to generate new neuronal growth, and even halt the decline of mental function that often comes with age. Try numerous brain exercises, and when you find the ones that you enjoy, make doing them a habit. A study will someday prove that old people who do their crossword puzzle every Sunday morning maintain their mental function longer. Some other ways to increase that mind power:

- Do mental math while driving.

- Look around at things and redesign them in your mind.

- Sing a song, inventing the lyrics as you go.

- Learn a memory technique and use it daily.

Discipline Yourself

A recent study, reported in the journal Psychological Science, found that while IQ level did correlate with academic performance, there was actually a much stronger correlation with self discipline. Those students with high self-discipline have much better grades than high-IQ students. They also found that there was no correlation between IQ and discipline (they varied independently).

Again, this shows that it isn't how smart you are, but how you use it. Self discipline doesn't necessarily mean willpower, by the way. It can be accomplished by starting with simple and easy steps and creating good habits over time. A great mind power practice is to get in the habit of regularly building good habits.

Train Your Body

It has been shown that activities which involve timing and coordination cause dendrite growth in the brain. More dendrites mean more possible connections in your brain. More connections mean your thinking and learning can be more flexible and efficient. Physical exercise, then, of the right type, is also mind power exercise.

The activities most likely to help include any athletic activities that require a lot of coordination and timing, such as basketball, soccer, and tossing around a frisbee. Other good mind power activities are playing musical instruments, especially when it requires precise timing (piano playing), and painting or drawing, which involve hand-eye coordination.

Positive Thinking for Mind Power and Success

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

What is Positive Thinking?

Have you ever realized how strong a preconceived idea is? Think about it, I am quite positive that at some point in your life you have had a preconceived idea that was challenged and quite likely shattered. Did it change the way you thought about that particular thing? It should have.

We program our minds to have negative thoughts and impressions all the time. In fact, we do this almost completely unconsciously. Imagine if we could harness the power of this and turn the thoughts we are programming our minds with into positive thoughts.

Positive thinking is a conscious state of mind, especially in the beginning. We humans have been programmed to think negatively. If you have any doubt turn on the news, look at the blockbuster movies that are out, read the best selling novels at the moment. Negative energy, negative thoughts, and negative people surround us. With positive thinking, we can make the changes within and see the world in an entirely new way.

That is what makes positive thinking so powerful. Imagine that within us all is the ability to literally change how we see the world. If that isn't an awe inspiring thought I don't know what is. Positive thinking is a conscious effort. It will take time to incorporate within your life and it will not always be easy.

You need to focus on positive thoughts while at the same time recognizing and eliminating the negative thoughts. The latter is often the more difficult of the two. Our negative thoughts have been so thoroughly programmed that it often requires double efforts in order to replace them with positive thoughts.

It can be done and one set back is not a failure. Anything worth having (and a habit of positive thinking is definitely worth having) is worth working for. Just think of the gift you will have given yourself when you look at the world with eyes unclouded by negativity.

Four Simple Mind Power Techniques

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Mind power techniques, from the famous "pupil trick," to techniques for motivating yourself.

The following mind power techniques are creative ways to tap into the power of your mind. Some of them may be entertaining, but they also have more practical uses as well. A good example of one that is both entertaining and practical, is the "pupil trick." We'll save that one for last. In the meantime, here are a few of the more practical mind power techniques.

A Memory Technique

Memory systems are some of the oldest mind power techniques. Some of them get very involved, however, requiring you to first memorize "peg words" and numbered lists. These work well, but what if you want a simpler way to remember things? Try a "linking" technique.

Here's a list to remember: Soap, milk, honey, fork, and flowers. To remember it using a simple linking technique, you just start a vivid story in your imagination, adding items to it as you go. Imagine, for example, that you are at the sink, you reach for the SOAP, and find the soap dish full of MILK. You wash your hands with that, and then comb HONEY into your hair with a FORK. Finally, you pick up a bouquet of FLOWERS and smile at the mirror. Try repeating the name of each item while you mentally review your "movie," and you'll remember all five things, even the next day.

Mental Math Tricks

When I was young, I didn't "show my work" when doing equations in math class. For me, 97 x 16 became 100 x 16 (1600) minus 3 x 16 (48). It was easier that way, and almost automatic. I would just write down 1552, although I couldn't explain very well how I arrived at the answer. My teachers thought this was a problem, but many years later such math shortcuts were sold in seminars and books. You might want to learn a few of your own.

A Motivation Technique

To get motivated, talk about your plans. This is a simple, yet powerful mind power technique. If I am having trouble getting to my writing, I tell my wife about the article I'm going to write, and I'm quickly out of my slump and back at the keyboard. You really can quickly change your state of mind, but not by simply "willing" it to change. That's like trying to ride a bicycle without pedaling. Our minds have a mechanical aspect, and this is what these techniques tap into.

Do you want to use this mind power technique on others? You can. For example, to help a friend out of a bad mood, get him or her to explain something to you that they are passionate about. This process will change the chemicals in their brain, and so change their state of mind. Find the topics that work best, and remember them for future use.

The Pupil Trick

Go stand in front of a mirror. Watch your eyes as you vividly imagine something pleasurable. This can be beautiful scenery, your favorite naked body, anything that will create desire in you, or anything you would like to be looking at in reality. Notice how your pupils get larger almost immediately. Practice a bit, finding the imaginary scenes that work best, and you can make your pupils instantly larger at will.

Your pupils enlarge when you are aroused, interested and receptive. How can you use this knowledge? When your pupils dilate, the person you are talking to subconsciously senses your interest in them, and they like that. Of course this makes it easier for them to like you, and to listen to what you suggest. You certainly don't have to be a salesman to take advantage of this. Why not learn to control your pupil sizeFree Articles, and try this subliminal mind power technique?

Impotence Cured With Mind Power

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

What is Impotence? Impotence is a man's inability or difficulty to have or maintain an erection. Although a lot of physical causes may be attributed to Impotence, there are also psychological factors that lead to it. Some of these can be depression, stress and pressures about home or work, anxiety, relationship problems and arguments, insecurities and a low self-esteem, and even sexual boredom and the loss of intimacy. These problems can be addressed as psychosomatic problems since these situations are affected by psychological factors or the emotion.

When this is the case, then there are very high chances of curing the impotence. It may sound difficult at first, especially if you do not want to resolve the problem or you fear it, or worse is that you are unaware of the situation. However, when you have accepted that there is a problem and there is a need to work on it, then you can try different ways to treat psychosomatic impotence by using psychology as well. One does not need to turn to medications or surgery right away.

One treatment that you can undergo is Psychosexual Therapy. In psychosexual therapy or psychotherapy, the man and his partner are given techniques or exercises to help them renew their intimacy, sexual relation, sexual interests, and arousal. This can be done through talks, discussions, and activities that can lift the stress or anxiety that hasten impotence.

Another cure for Impotence can be behavior modification. A new and positive outlook about one's self, performance, and even his partner can bring about change and improvements. Behavior modification can really take time, but it is also cheaper and does not only help cure impotence, it also improves one's personality.

To do this, here are a few recommendations:

Do a little reality check including a check on your personal situation and your present situation with your partner. What do you really feel about yourself, your member, and your partner?

Talk with your partner to make things easier and lighter. It lifts up your burden and at the same time you are confident that there is someone who listens to you. If your partner is the one that's putting the strain on you, all the more that you should talk. Ask what your partner wants, say what you want, and come into a solution. You have to speak up and work things out together without turning into an argument. Your lifestyle is very important and it affects your penile health a great deal, so do a check on your lifestyle. Just like taking care of the rest of your body, you should also take care of your penis. Trim down your fat, alcohol and nicotine or tobacco intake. Eat healthier and try to do some exercises. If possible, get into an exercise program or visit the gym regularly. If you still have more concerns, then it's time that you should seek professional advice from a trained therapist or doctor. Remember that you should not be ashamed of your situation and that you are not the only one suffering from it.

Your health and a sound mind are much more important so you should do something about it. Also I would recommend doing certain exercises.

Business Mastermind Groups, the Forgotten powerful Business Strategy

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Have you ever wonder what a mastermind group is and what makes it hold so much appeal for successful people? Dr. Napoleon Hill, most renowned for his classic "Think and Grow Rich", defines a mastermind group as "an alliance of two or more minds blended in a spirit of perfect harmony and co-operating for the attainment of a definite purpose".

In Dr Hill's book, he came to the conclusion that a group of like-minded, achievement-oriented individuals dramatically leveraging upon one another's strength provided the crucial platform for their collective success. This finding is based upon the research and analysis behind the achievements of no less than 500 of the most successful people in America, in a glittering list that includes Andrew Carnegie, Thomas Edison and Henry Ford.

This is due to the fact that having a mastermind group allows one to tap into the power and wisdom of many, and put in place a support group to assist all in attaining personal and professional goals. This is in stark contrast with the individual who cuts a lonely figure struggling to build and shape an entire business by himself.

How can business Mastermind groups benefit you?

"Me" no longer exists in a Mastermind group, it's harnessing the power of "We" that is intriguing. Imagine have a Mastermind group of people that are fighting with you in the same trenches or people who have been that, done that! And you given access by them to this unique brain trust, so as to speak, to generate support and understanding and ultimately solutions from these people, allowing you to dismiss that temporary setback as an insignificant blot on your otherwise impressive CV in future...

How does that sound? A mastermind group does exactly that for you! You are able to leverage upon the skills, knowledge, experiences, ideas and abilities of others as though they were your own and in the process, create a synergy within your group and a precious compilation of thoughts which would otherwise possibly never be generated.

The benefits of being in a mastermind group are bountiful. It provides you with marketing contacts, sales referrals, and information about new business opportunities, as well as advice on how to improve the way your business is run. However, it's important that you realized that referrals and leads exchange is just a small part of what a Mastermind group does.

Being involved in a mastermind group also calls for accountability. There can be no excuses not to get things done as you are not only answerable to yourself, but to your other group members as well.

Once you have accrued the long-term benefits such as being able to sustain your business and being able to build lasting and deep friendships with the other members of your mastermind group, you can expect unbiased and non-judgmental advice from them, and over time, they will grow to become your most trusted business associates upon whose shoulders could be relied on should you run into any sort of trouble in future.

To be able to reach that stage though, you have to first learn to give and share, objectively. Sharing allows you to process things better in your brain as you are talking to a group of people who genuinely care and this allows you clarity of thought so as to be able to set more definite and realistic goals. To benefit the most from a Mastermind group, follow the credo- Givers Gain!

Finally, should you reach this stage, you can even rely on members of your mastermind group, people whom you trust, to help regulate your business and serve as a layer of protection against external threats.

Mindfulness and Conversation: Northwest Earth Institute Plants Powerful Seeds

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

A few years ago, I was the national outreach coordinator for the Northwest Earth Institute in Portland, Oregon.

It was a very cool job. All day long, I talked to people across the country who were interested in gathering once a week with a few friends, neighbors or co-workers in order to discover more about their ideas, values, and habits affecting their relationship with the Earth.

Dick and Jeanne Roy, the co-founders of NWEI, had no expectations when they first made a few copies of articles they found thought-provoking and shared them with co-workers at Dick's law firm during lunch hours. Always a stickler for details, Jeanne carefully selected appropriate reading material and prepared an orderly flow of articles that inspired discussion and connection.

They knew they might get folks thinking. They knew they might get folks talking. They had no idea they would change the lives of thousands of participants in all fifty states.

Those copied and stapled pages became collections of stirring prose and excellent articles published by outstanding authors. The Northwest Earth Institute became the distributor of these self-published discussion guides for use in homes, workplaces, community centers and places of worship.

And yet, as I found in my daily talks with participants of all ages, it wasn't simply the reading material that inspired people to change their lives--though it certainly laid the groundwork for the shift. What led to the transformations was the act of joining these small group discussions to share their ideas with others who were engaged in the same process of thoughtful discovery.

Whether the subject was voluntary simplicity, sustainable living, developing a sense of place, or teaching our children about the Earth, the courses led to some dramatic life changes in those who were longing for a sense of connection and waiting for just the right catalyst and opportunity for reflection and sharing.

We've all read books that inspired us. Now, imagine that you were reading that book with a group of 8 or 10 others who gathered each week to discuss a chapter for an hour. At least, that's the way the discussions begin. The truth is that the chapters and questions open the door to discussion, and then that door swings wide open as each group finds their own way to explore the ideas the readings have triggered.

It's a fascinating process to observe. I've facilitated these groups in numerous settings--from lunch meetings of Intel engineers to coffee gatherings of mothers with preschoolers. Each group has its own personality, but the thread that connects them is a sense of wonder and exhilaration in exploring ideas with others.

The comment I heard most frequently went something like this: "I've been working next to Joe for ten years and I never would have guessed that he was so passionate about this topic or had so much in common with me."

We tend to talk to each other on a surface level. We veer away from discussion about what is meaningful because we don't want to offend anyone or feel too vulnerable expressing our deepest values to someone who might not share them.

Dick and Jeanne Roy had no idea that simply giving people permission--and a structure to follow--to engage in heartfelt discussions about what matters most to them would result in new choices, new lifestyles, new careers, new non-profits, new energy and a new sense of community among participants (cumulative enrollment of over 65,000 people).

Dick always refers to "having a conversation" instead of saying he is "talking" to someone. This simple mindfulness of the power of engaging with another person in a meaningful way was a seed that started a tremendous crop of continued awareness and connection.

What will you plant if you have a conversation about what matters most What will happen when you sow the seed of an idea in the fertile imagination of a deep, rich mind?

Start sowing, and see what starts growing.

Hypnosis ? 12 Steps to Acquire Mind-Power

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

The 12 steps to acquire mind-power is intended to build positive visuals, acquire mind power and help you achieve your dreams and desires that may be as varied as improving your personality, increasing your wealth, attracting love and making yourself attractive.

Follow these steps I have specifically found to help anyone who is new to Power of Creative Visualization.

Step One: Choose a quiet place, which is free from all distraction, interruption or disturbance. This may even be inside a bus or in your own room. The idea is to be able to concentrate in any environment that you find is suitable. The ideal is to be able to concentrate in any environment that you find is suitable. The ideal time, however, I have found to be is, early in the morning or before going to bed. The ideal place however, may be anywhere as long as you can concentrate.

Step Two: Feel comfortable. Wear loose clothes or else loosen your belt and tie.

Step Three: Be comfortable. Keep your spine straight. Loosen your hands. Relax! This eases your body tension and helps your blood circulate efficiently.

Step Four: Close your eyes. That way your physical world does not interrupt you and you can concentrate on your mental world. But avoid quenching your eyes. Close them gently. In fact, once you focus on your images, you may find your eyes closing naturally.

Step Five: Breathe normally. Let your body roll with the rhythm of your breathing. Listen to that rhythm.

Step Six: Now begin the process of visualization. Create the key images of the subject you have chosen. Form the shape. Add color. Build the sound. Sense them! Focus on them. See them as sharply and clearly as you can with your mind?s eye.

Step Seven: Put yourself in the images you have created. You must be inside the picture so as to let your subconscious mind know that the image you see that leads to your goal is actually meant for you, and not for anyone else.

Step Eight: Feel the image you have created. Now that you are inside the picture imagine yourself to be leading
the time you see. Feel the environment. Watch how different it feels to lead a life that you had desired. Bring your images alive.

Step Nine: Experience the images with all your emotions. See! Hear! Smell! Feel how it feels to have achieved your goals. Let the excitement and happiness of success flow through you. Let the thrill of success build in you. Feel your success.

Step Ten: Once you have experienced your images with emotion, let your mind go blank. If you hold on to your images for too long, the images might disappear due to overexposure. So, let go of it.

Step Eleven: Create a space in your mind to receive what you desire. Say to yourself that what you desire - like, ?I deserve to be healthy?, ?I deserve to be rich and famous.? By doing this, you not only let your subconscious mind support the picture, you literally achieve your success.

Step Twelve: Feel creative while creating the images. I have given you the basic guidelines in the following pages to create visuals that will help you achieve your goals. You may change them accordingly to suit your needs. The more the images meet your specific needs, the more effective they will be.

These then are the twelve important steps to mind-power. Remember, it is better to visualize 2-3 times a day for a shorter duration than to visualize for a long stretch during the day. Doing this, the quality of visuals remain fresh instead of becoming stale and plaid and draining all energy out of you.

Steps one to ten might take you anything between 5-10 minutes. It is better if you do not prolong it. Instead, repeat it at another time of the day.

When you release the image after this brief exercise, your mind will become free of the mind-power you had activated. But your subconscious mind keeps on supporting the image you had seen. This helps your goal and your dreams to be a reality.

The twelve steps to Mind power that I have explained above is the most powerful tool in this world. When you switch on your mind power and extend it to creative visualization for turning your dreams into reality - then, that is exactly what will happen. Your dreams will become reality.

Remember, with your mind you can rule the world.

See them as sharply and clearly as you can with your mind's eye.

Step Seven: Put yourself in the images you have created. You must be inside the picture so as to let your subconscious mind know that the image you see that leads to your goal is actually meant for you, and not for anyone else.

Step Eight: Feel the image you have created. Now that you are inside the picture imagine yourself to be leading the time you see.

Say to yourself that what you desire - like, "I deserve to be healthy", "I deserve to be rich and famous." By doing this, you not only let your subconscious mind support the picture, you literally achieve your success.

Unleash Your Subconscious Mind Power

If you want to learn the true art of mind power then it is of the greatest importance you understand 2 functions of your mind, and also how they interact with each other?

You only possess one mind, but it has 2 totally different functions - and the names generally used to distinguish these 2 different functions are as follows.

1, The Conscious Mind

2, The Subconscious Mind

There are many other terms used. But the 2 listed above, are the ones used most to represent the 2 main functions of your mind.

To help us better understand the conscious and subconscious mind, they may be compared to a tree and its roots?

? You?re conscious mind being the tree, which helps you with daily situations like, decision-making, rational thinking, or just simply figuring out what to do and how best to do it.

When we think of ?me? we think of our conscious mind, the mind of which we are fully aware. This part of the mind makes decisions for us and directs our activities; it also analyzes, criticises and even commands us.

? You?re subconscious mind being the roots; it deals mostly with the repetitions of learned behaviour. This can be very helpful for you, as it enables you to deal with situations much more easily the next time they arise.

Whatever we see, hear, smell, taste, touch or feel passes through the conscious mind and reaches the subconscious mind where it is stored.

Once you have learned how best to deal with the situation you find it much easier the next time around? this is because you are using information which is already stored.

For instance, once you have learned to ride a bike you don?t have to consciously think about it anymore. This is because the stored information will come to you automatically the next time you get on your bike to ride it.

Just as if you were to learn where each letter on your keyboard is - you can now type without looking because you have formed a mental picture in your subconscious mind, of what the keyboard actually looks like.

The above are only two instances (of how the subconscious mind stores up relations of learned behaviour) and we are sure you would be able to find many more examples of this in your everyday life!

Information from the conscious mind gets past into the subconscious mind, and there is a very strong link between the two. It is said that everything you have ever seen, heard and experienced is perceived by your conscious mind, and then stored away into your subconscious mind as a memory.

Not only is this memory stored as the incident itself, but also any feelings which went with it at the time are also stored.

Your subconscious mind does not only store your memories and feelings. It is the maker of all the great ideas you have ever had, and is also the seat of your intuition and creativeness?

Your subconscious also keeps you going without you even being aware of it. It takes care of your bodily functions ? your heart beat, and automatically runs such activities as, movement, language, visual perception and a whole host of other processes of your mind and body for you.

It also scans your mind for conflict and distress; assesses your environment for danger and threats, and relays and interprets perceptions, sensations, and feeling? last but not least it is also the storehouse of all your experience and decisions ? everything which makes you the person you are.

Creating A Winning Mindset Using The Power of Hypnosis

Do you know anyone who always wins? Sure you know that person, everything just works out for them. They go into business and they are an instant success. They enter the dating scene and their phone rings off the hook. If they were in the Olympics, you just know they wouldn't settle for anything less than the gold. It seems as though they always win.

Why is it that some people just have IT and others seem not to? Want to learn the secret to their success? Ready? Here it comes....the secret to unstoppable success...drumroll please....Winners EXPECT to win!

That's the big secret. Simple, huh?

But, think about it for a moment...Winners actually SEE their success BEFORE it happens! Do YOU expect to win BEFORE you have even entered a situation...or do you assess your chances AFTER you are already in the situation? Or, even worse, do you imagine failure?

BEFORE selling a piece of real estate, winners EXPECT to get their asking price. BEFORE buying a car, winners EXPECT to get a discount.

Before running an Olympic race, winners EXPECT TO WIN the gold, so they do win! This one small thing gives winners a tremendous advantage over others.

Want to be a winner? Try the following exercise...

Close your eyes for a full minute and THINK about achieving a goal in your life...go ahead, close your eyes for one minute and really THINK about achieving it.

OK, now close your eyes again for one full minute and EXPECT to get it. Did you notice a difference? When we simply THINK about getting something, our thoughts tend to be vague.

There are also two options...getting it or not getting it (winning or losing). But, when we EXPECT to get it, there is only one possibility...getting it (winning).

So now that you know the secret, the next step is applying your powerful knowledge and getting yourself to that point where YOU ALWAYS EXPECT TO WIN. I suggest that you take a full minute pause right before entering any challenging situation. During that minute, close your eyes, and imagine winning. See it, feel it, hear it, imagine yourself already having won. Guess what...you will have programmed your mind to pull you powerfully in the winning direction.

When you do enter that situation, your words and actions will be generated from a winning mindset. Your path will be straight to victory...you will already know the way and EXPECT to get there...so you WILL get there. Using the power of hypnosis, you can easily program yourself for a constant winning mindset.

Until next time,

Live in abundant possibility!

The Minds Power and Inner Peace

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

The influence of hopefulness is far more powerful than pessimism. When a person searches for inner peace, they must come to terms with the mind and emotions. Pessimism is thinking negative, which leads to chaos of the emotions, whereas optimism is positive thinking that leads to power of the mind. Optimism is the mechanism known as self-assurance, which makes a person feel hopeful.

When a person feels hopeful, they have the power of the mind to demonstrate positive attitudes to others and self. Optimistic persons reflect their winning personalities on others, thus illustrating positive forces to society. When people notice positive people the feel confident and at peace since the world is full of negative thinkers that bring forth stress and stressors that fill the emotions.

When a person has a positive mind that have a peace of mind, which goes along way in relationships, work, education, et cetera, which brings us to education.

A person willing to learn and compare is willing to go to lengths to free the mind of lies. Lies from the beginning of time have proven to cause harm to self and others. The first lie ever told brought forth the sin of the world, thus from that time all humankind have suffered from the single lie that lead to millions of lies throughout the universe.

As you can see, influences have started a scrambled way of thinking for many minds, thus unscrambling the mind is the only way to finding inner peace. Thus, freeing the mind of guilt is clearing the mind of lies, or other harmful thoughts that trap the mind in a web of entangled emotions.

This is where education comes in, since when a person learns the person grows and overtime the reward is coming to grips with self. Coming to grips with self includes finding peace within and learning to be comfortable with you.

Some people feel that they need a soul mate to find inner peace. Once the relationship starts and progresses they find them, self frustrated from the pain and suffering that comes along with love. Thus, finding inner peace is learning to love your self, which includes living comfortable alone or with someone else.

You need to feel comfortable with self and being alone before you can learn to love someone else. The influence of positive thinking proves healthy in relationships and families.

One of the hardest roads I had to cross to find my inner peace is the struggle I lived in life to escape a family filled with lies. After finding my inner peace, I learned that no one could take that away from, since I lived, learned, and walked the path to clearing emotions, guilt, shame, and other harmful obstacles placed on my emotions. Thus, I fought to make the truths become apparent to others, and the gift that helped me along the path was education, but most of all writing my stories and telling the world.

When a person is in contact with self-positive results will arrive. The person may experiences turbulence along the journey of life, but instead of allowing that turbulence to take away the inner peace, they will stand up in their complete suit of armor and battle again.

Constructing a mind of positive thinking is never easy in a fast-paced world. The trick is holding true to your faith and associating only with those willing to work to meet their goals and fill their dreams.

If you have the skill and gift of gab, then associating with negative people will be controlled when these people enter your life. One of the detestable obstacles for me, is dealing with pessimistic people, or else dealing with people full of hate and prejudice. After living through a living hell and having the ability to think positive, fill my dreams, and go for my goals, I find it difficult to believe that those negative thinkers with less tragic lives can continue life living on emotional thinking.

Still, I realize these people have not found their inner peace. The gift of finding inner peace takes work, thus starting now will get you closer to your inner peace.

How To Use Your Mind Power To Get What You Want In Your Life

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Every human being is made up of 2 parts: an outer part which is usually referred to as the body, and an inner part which is usually referred to as the soul.

Alternative words are often used to refer to the body and the soul. The body is sometimes referred to as the material part, the physical substance, or the matter, and the soul as the spiritual part, the spirit, the mind, the intelligence, the intellect, the energy.

For the purpose of this course, all these terms are considered to be equivalent to one another.

If every human being is made up of a body and a soul, how do human beings interact or communicate with one another?

In order to give an accurate answer to this fundamental question it's important to establish a clear distinction between the physical world and the spiritual world.

In the same way that human beings are made up of a physical part and a spiritual part the world we live in is also made up of 2 parts: the physical world and the spiritual world. These 2 worlds are sometimes referred to as the physical layer and the spiritual layer.

Human beings can interact or communicate with other human beings in the physical world as well as in the spiritual world.

On the physical world, the interaction or communication between 2 human beings occurs through their respective bodies, one body interacting with the other. Examples of such interactions include shaking hands, making eye contacts, using body language, speaking, touching, making phone calls, sending letters, text or email messages, etc.

On the spiritual world, human beings can only interact with one another through their respective souls, one soul interacting with another one human beings cannot access the spiritual world through their bodies. The only way they can communicate on the spiritual level is through their respective souls.

We all know how to interact with others in the material world. We do it every day when we speak to our neighbors or to our colleagues at the work place, when we send letters, emails or text messages to our friends or relatives, when we smile to someone, etc. But when it comes to interacting in the spiritual world, most people are at a loss. They just don't know how to do it because they have not been properly trained to do so.

Knowing how to interact with other people on the spiritual world is of the utmost importance if we want to influence other people and get them to do what we want.

Let say for the purpose of illustration that you want to get a promotion at the work place . The way most people would go about it is to work hard in the hope that their employer will notice their hard work and ultimately reward them with a promotion. By working hard at the work place they have chosen to influence their boss in the physical world.I say in the physical world because the work place is a material thing and therefore a part of the physical world.

However experience teaches us that hard work does not necessary guarantee a promotion. It's just not enough to work hard in the physical world in order to be successful.

A better way would be to act at the same time in the spiritual world by influencing your boss into getting you the promotion you are looking for.

The only way to influence him/ her at the spiritual level is to get your soul (your spiritual part) to interact with his/her soul (his/her spiritual part) and put his/her soul under your control.

Communicating at both the spiritual level and the material level is the most effective way to get what you want from other people.
