Quantum Mind Power is a new system that claims to help eliminate stress and tension without the user having to be good at meditation and claims to work for even a novice to the workings of meditation.

So how does Quantum Mind Power work?

Well the system was created by a guy called Morry Zelcovitch and is made up of monaural and isochronic tones that manipulate the brainwaves and can induce a relaxed state.

I will not go into the technical details as to be honest it is beyond me, although Morry claims to have studied with the leading brainwave researchers and the program took 15 years of research to complete.

So to recap as you know meditation requires practice but an experienced practitioner can go into deep stress relieving states using meditation. What the Quantum Mind Power program does is induce these states with no willpower from the user so all you need to do is listen to the “noise” and the program will induce these stress relieving states.

Part of the allure of the Quantum Mind Power is the fact that no effort is required and all you need to do is sit or lay back and let the program do its work.

Well I invested in Quantum Mind Power to see if it really did have an effect and when I first started listening it sounded like an out of tune television and a chopper in the background but I decided to stick with it to see if it really could help.

The “noise” that you listen to within the program is meant to be a mix of the isochronic and monaural tones that change the brainwave patterns to make you feel stress free in much the same way as meditation without the willpower.

So what benefits does the Quantum Mind Power program promise:

  • Reduced Stress Levels
  • Motivation Will Be Boosted
  • A More Positive Outlook On Life
  • Enhanced Creativity

There were also many more benefits promised of the same elk, so that leaves the question does Quantum Mind Power actually work?

Well that really does depend on the user and having used it myself I must say that I do feel relaxed after a session with the Quantum Mind Power program.

However I am still not sure whether that is the placebo effect, making me feel relaxed.

That said, there are plenty of “Brainwave Entertainment” programs about and they cost so much more than the Quantum Mind Power program, so if you still have not got round to trying Brainwave Entertainment then I would recommend giving a go especially as it does come with a full 8 week guarantee.

Christopher Jones is interested in all aspects of the mind and body and has been practicing meditation for 4 years. He writes reviews and recommendations on the programs that he feels will benefit like minded people.

Success, Personal Growth - 4 Useful Tips to Increase Your Mind Power

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

A key to success and personal growth is to increase your mind power. You need
to work on all aspects of your mind – your inner strength, your knowledge and your
ability to just process information. This article discusses a few useful ideas that
can help you process information better.

Improve your memory

How often do you walk into a room or go to the shops only to find you’ve forgotten
what you what you wanted? A better short term memory can save you a lot of time
and effort. Here’s a simple trick that’s been around since the Roman Times.

Take the list of things that you want to remember and associate them with something
you are familiar with. Also tie in some strong emotions to reinforce the picture.
I use the rooms in my house. Say I want to buy coffee, bread, milk, sandwich spread
and a newspaper, I’d take a tour of my house.

Coffee would go in the bedroom (I love a cup of coffee in bed!). Bread in the
kitchen (I’d imagine the smell of fresh bread). Milk that’s a bit more difficult
but I’d put it in the living room with sandwich spread, sitting in my favourite
chair eating that sandwich and drinking a glass of milk. My newspaper would go in
the garden where I’d be reading it on a sunny morning.

When I get to the shop and it’s time to recall the information I’ve stored, I
take a mental walk through my house looking for the things I need!

I hope you get the idea. Next time you need to remember a list of things, try
this tip, it really works! Start on short lists of 5-10 items and work up.

Increase your Motivation

When you find yourself feeling unmotivated, talk through your plans to yourself.
When you do this you are reconnecting with the motivation and excitement you felt
when you put your plan together and your brain will literally remember that positive
state.

As you’re talking to yourself, it can help if you sit up or stand up with your
head up and a smile on your face.

This is easier to do that forcing yourself to cheer up, or recite lots of positive
affirmations. When you’re feeling down, forcing yourself to change you mental state
can feel like pushing a large rock up a large hill! It’s better to go with the flow
and take another easier route round the problem.

You can apply this technique to others as well – cheer them up by getting them
to talk about something they really enjoy and/or they are passionate about.

Read Faster

There’s been a lot written about speed reading. It can help you to increase the
rate at which you learn new information.

What I find is that a lot of books contain pages where there’s relatively little
new information. I just want to get the gist of what’s being said to make sure I’m
not missing anything.

My favourite trick is to read the first and last sentence on each page and quickly
skim any subheads. If it looks like there’s nothing new, I’ll go to the next page.

If it looks like there might be something new, I’ll read the first and last sentence
of each paragraph on the page until I find the nugget I’m looking for.

Simple really, it takes a bit of discipline to apply, but you can cut down the
time it takes to hunt out the nuggets of new information in any book you’re reading.

Sharpen up your mental math

So many people struggle when it comes to numbers, to understanding whether something’s
a good deal or not. Practice mental arithmetic. It takes a bit of effort not to
reach for the nearest calculator, but the rewards are tremendous.

So much of what we do in this world is expressed in numbers – sports scores,
bank balances, business decisions, investment decision, what’s a bargain and what’s
not. An ability to work with numbers quickly and easily is a powerful asset for
anyone.

You’ve read about four useful tips to increase your mind power. Ways to improve
your memory, increase your motivation, read faster and sharpen you mental math.
Pick one and just have fun with it. As you improve your mind power, you’ll feel
better about yourself and more confident about your abilities.

Subconscious Mind Power

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

What is subconscious mind power? It can be something as simple as automatically smiling when you meet a person, and so improving the odds of getting what you want from that person. It can be the way you unconsciously approach a problem and solve it. Essentially, it is the power that comes from good programming of your mind.

How do you program your mind, so you'll have more subconscious mind power? Consciously, one step at a time. First, you learn a new technique or "program," and then you use it consciously until it becomes automatic - an unconscious habit. A couple examples follow.

Use Subconscious Mind Power To Develop Rapport

Speak to someone at the same speed they speak, and they will feel more at ease with you. Mirror their expressions and body position, and they will also feel more comfortable with you. There are dozens of simple techniques like these that salesmen use to develop rapport with customers. They work in all areas of life, though, not just when selling a product.

Of course, you'll likely get confused if you try to remember and use ten of these techniques when you meet someone. You may even annoy the person. To make the whole process more smooth, you need to train yourself in a technique or two at a time, until they become automatic. Then start working on the next technique. Soon you will be subconsciously doing what needs to be done to have good rapport with the people you meet. That's subconscious mind power.

Intuition Power

Einstein relied heavily on intuitive hunches. Gary Kasparov can beat the best chess computer even though the computer can calculate positions many moves further ahead. Experience allows him to combine analysis with a "sense" of which move is best. These are great examples of the power of intuition.

Your skill, knowledge and experience determine the potential effectiveness of your intuition. A weak chess player will never intuitively beat that computer. Having enough good information in your mind is the first important part of intuition, then.

However, to regularly benefit from your intuitive mind power, you have to encourage it. Start by watching for it. Stop during problem solving, and note any feelings or hunches you have. Note when your hunches are good ones and when they seem to be just random feelings. Do this until the whole process becomes a habit, and you'll begin to have more intuition.

The Key To Subconscious Mind Power

Just from these two examples, you can see how you can benefit from "programming" your mind. Even training yourself to regularly ask a simple question, like "How can I best use my time right now," can be very useful. The key is to simply find any technique that works when you use it consciously, and then use it daily (carry a reminder if you have to) until it becomes an unconscious habit. This is how you develop your subconscious mind power. How To Increase Brain Power, and to get the Brain Power Newsletter and other free gifts, visit: http://www.IncreaseBrainPower.com

Improve Mind Power Through These Natural And Simple Methods

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

There are some simple, yet effective methods to improve mind power. Using these tools will impact your mind several times more than the amount of effort it requires to use them. They are also something you can do anytime and anywhere.

A crossword a day is a great tool for improving mind power and keeping age related decline away. Studies have shown that people who do some sort of mind puzzle or game tend to retain their cognitive abilities or even increase them well into their later years. Crosswords are a great tool that doesn't require a lot of time but actively works important parts of the brain that control thinking and recall.

You can do crosswords on the bus or train, while eating lunch or even during commercials while watching your evening TV programs. However, to make the most of them it is important to do them frequently, at least a couple times a week. Like regular exercise for the body, the mind works better when it is exercised regularly.

You can also improve mind power by what music you choose to listen to during the week. There seems to be a link between those who listen to complex music like Classical or perhaps even Jazz and increases in the brain's ability to do complex processes like math, logic problems, etc. Music of a complex structure works a number of areas of the brain effectively. Again, this is something you can do even in the background while performing other tasks.

Another tool is memorization. Memorizing your favorite poem, new vocabulary words, etc. also strengthens pathways in the brain and makes them more effective. Aside from improving mind power in general it also improves recall and if you are memorizing words....increases communication skills.

With memorization it is important that you use repetition, not just initially, but even after we've memorized something it is critical to go back and repeat it occasionally. Not only is repetition usually the way we memorize things, it also creates larger neural connections. Those larger connections are helpful in establishing better recall and improving mind power.

You can improve mind power through learning new skills as well. This is another two-for-one deal. If you already have something you are dying to learn...a new sport, dancing, or how to paint oils...you not only gain a new skill that you can use and enjoy you build up your mind as well. The process of learning new things keeps the mind fresh and helps retain ability as we age.

Eating right is another way to improve mind power. Healthy eating...getting more fruits and vegetables and lowering fat...is important in helping the brain to operate efficiently. Getting the right vitamins and minerals allows the brain to create important enzymes and neurotransmitters as well as fight off cellular decline and aging. Making a few changes in our diets will yield huge benefits.

However, if we can't get the right nutrients from our diet or if the foods you buy are nutrient deficient due to heavy farming or modern processing techniques you might want to consider a dietary supplement. Supplements are an easy way to boost your intake of nutrients and can often make up for what we're missing in our diets.

Using these steps to improve mind power is not something that takes a whole lot of time. All it really takes is willingness and commitment. The rewards are a stronger mind that will function longer as you age. None of us wants to have our minds give out early in our later years, so it is important that we take steps now to protect our cognitive abilities and strengthen our brains.

Creating A Winning Mindset Using The Power of Hypnosis

Be ready for the richer, healthier, happier, more successful, love-filled life that you deserve, Click Here To Know More

Do you know anyone who always wins? Sure you know that person, everything just works out for them. They go into business and they are an instant success. They enter the dating scene and their phone rings off the hook. If they were in the Olympics, you just know they wouldn't settle for anything less than the gold. It seems as though they always win.

Why is it that some people just have IT and others seem not to? Want to learn the secret to their success? Ready? Here it comes....the secret to unstoppable success...drumroll please....Winners EXPECT to win!

That's the big secret. Simple, huh?

But, think about it for a moment...Winners actually SEE their success BEFORE it happens! Do YOU expect to win BEFORE you have even entered a situation...or do you assess your chances AFTER you are already in the situation? Or, even worse, do you imagine failure?

BEFORE selling a piece of real estate, winners EXPECT to get their asking price. BEFORE buying a car, winners EXPECT to get a discount.

Before running an Olympic race, winners EXPECT TO WIN the gold, so they do win! This one small thing gives winners a tremendous advantage over others.

Want to be a winner? Try the following exercise...

Close your eyes for a full minute and THINK about achieving a goal in your life...go ahead, close your eyes for one minute and really THINK about achieving it.

OK, now close your eyes again for one full minute and EXPECT to get it. Did you notice a difference? When we simply THINK about getting something, our thoughts tend to be vague.

There are also two options...getting it or not getting it (winning or losing). But, when we EXPECT to get it, there is only one possibility...getting it (winning).

So now that you know the secret, the next step is applying your powerful knowledge and getting yourself to that point where YOU ALWAYS EXPECT TO WIN. I suggest that you take a full minute pause right before entering any challenging situation. During that minute, close your eyes, and imagine winning. See it, feel it, hear it, imagine yourself already having won. Guess what...you will have programmed your mind to pull you powerfully in the winning direction.

When you do enter that situation, your words and actions will be generated from a winning mindset. Your path will be straight to victory...you will already know the way and EXPECT to get there...so you WILL get there. Using the power of hypnosis, you can easily program yourself for a constant winning mindset.

Until next time,

Live in abundant possibility!
